The room was extremely small: the bed was literally at the window so I could not go around but had to climb in on my partner's side. You have to pay extra for the parking it costs around 20 euros per night.

The room and the bathroom very very clean and and it was really quiet in the room. The location was good, there are many restaurant option within 5 minutes of walking with different price ranges.

The hotel is within walking distance of Munich Central Station, an underground station and a trams stop. The hotel itself is on a quiet street and is in a typical Alpine style. Our rooms were on the ground floor. Not very big, but cozy and warm. The breakfast was varied and delicious. A water bottle can be used from the reception for a deposit, and the water itself is free of charge.

Being near the train station of Munich also means seing beggars and drunks. But it is Munich, so I never had a feeling of on ease.

Very good location near the train station and the Municher city center. You have also a lot of restaurants in the area. The hotel has a very nice "Alpen" twist to it. So it is nice to stay if you go skiing!

The lights could only turned on completely or completely off. Some "Night-Light-Mode" would be nice.

The hotel is really close to the Main station. Interesting decorated rooms in Alpine style. Even the elevator is a fake - cablecar. Room is clean and cosy.

The property has an outstanding ambiences, and it’s super nice how they provide you information in advance and during your stay with their app. I find this super valuable to facilitate check-in and check-out.

The view from the bedroom over a half built building. The way the bathroom light lit the room at night 🌙 so could wake the other person up. The cost of breakfast seemed alot.

The theme was great and continued throughout the hotel. The lift was also great the way it imitated a gondola ride. Room was comfortable and well laid out. Location great easy walk to city centre & close to the station.

The staff were very professional and friendly. They were helpful. I lost the scarf in my room, and it was expensive one, but they located it and kept it until my friend was able to come and collect it for me. They replied asap and took care of it in the way I wouldn’t always expect in the hotels. I would definitely stay there again, it’s cosy small hotel and super easy to reach the city center.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I really liked that the location of the place was so central, it was a short walk to Marienplatz and from there you can get to any place in the city. it was exceptionally easy to get to and from the airport as the train station is around the corner. The breakfast is worth every penny, they have a huge selection and everything is top-notch. Loved the decor and the look of the hotel in general.

Mega cool hotel! Every detail and decoration is so well-thought and so interesting! Feels like on the farm in the mountains, so cool! Very comfortable blankets and pillows. Location is perfect, 4 min away from HB. We will definitely come back when in München.

The lights in the room are all connected so if you turn one off, you turn all of them off. The breakfast buffet isn’t consistently refreshed and by 10.15am there was no more food coming out, despite breakfast being served until 11am.

The alpine theme is very cool, and the little ice cream fridge in the lobby is great. Staff are friendly and we appreciated their recommendations. Only a two minute walk to the main train station. The hotel is very invested in sustainability and reducing its environmental footprint.
