This is an excellent hotel in great condition. Most rooms have a balcony and walk-in shower. Location is outside the historic centrum but there is a underground station (U-Bahn) next to the hotel. This station is called Nordfriedhof and there is a direct line (U6) to Marienplatz in the historic centrum. This takes aprox 8 min and the frequency of the U-Bahn is very high, i.e you don't have to bother knowing the time table due to the frequency of the U-Bahn. There is a bakery and agrocery store in same building as the hotel.

It was not the Pullman standard we experienced elsewhere (we stayed in Pullman hotels in Dubai, Bangkok and Phuket, all were awesome). The sad fact is that Munich hotels in general are just not great, unless you spend significantly more. Breakfast was sub standard. We had to move rooms due to water damage or similar. The staff handled it great though.

They have a problem with housekeeping. Everything was clean, but there were no towels provided in the bathroom for our one night stay. I hope that was an oversight and not some misguided policy. Also, the housekeeper came into our room twice the next morning, even though we were checking out. There should be some way of letting housekeeping know that people are leaving that day and when the room is empty for cleaning. This is a management issue, not the fault of staff.

New looking, well maintained modern hotel. Very spacious room with good size desk for working. Comfortable bed. Bakery close by for breakfast and we enjoyed the produce market outside. About 5 mins walk from the stop of the Lufthansa bus from the airport.

The towels were average to threadbare.

It was convenient location for what we needed right next to the U bahn, room was very bright and spacious. Parking area was easy locate under the hotel. We travelled with 2 little kids and the room was plenty big enough.

Staff was not helpful, appeared to be on the one hand bored and on the other overstressed.

The only downside was that the breakfast was a little bit disappointing for EUR 29 PP. The bread a bit dry, not a great selection of cold meats and cheese and coffee also a bit mediocre. And no room service.

We loved that we were upgraded to an Executive Room. The rooms were very large and the beds and bedding extremely comfortable! Loved the large beds and feather down blankets.

The interior of the room looked very elegant, pleasant and made me feel welcome. I loved the breakfast, but charging 29€/person is too much. No one can eat that much.

Well located, near the U-bahn (subway). Good breakfast with many options, different types of breads and teas, fruits, plant-based milks and etc. Spacious bedroom with modern decoration. Nice bathroom with very good shower.

Was there for EM 2024 in Munich. This is a modern hotel in very good condition. Less than 100m from the hotel is an underground station (Nordfriedhof). Hence less than 10 min to Marienplatz with the U-bahn. The room had walk-in shower and safe.

As a suggestion, you could provide daily water in the room, bathroom and slippers. Would make a difference for the customers and competing with the nearby hotels

Lovely hotel, conveniently placed by the tube station. We hadn't planned to stay here - we got stranded in Munich because of the snow and we booked this purely on the basis it was available. Very friendly staff who did their best to help in the difficult circumstances. Excellent, if expensive breakfast. First class rooms. A restaurant onsite (which was handy in the context of their being 18 inches of snow outside). We didn't make use of the facilities outside of breakfast and dinner because we spend most of our time trying to reorganise our travel to get home.

Room was a bit dated and some of the furniture was slightly damaged and showing wear, but everything was still very functional.

Location of the property is very good, quick and easy to get into the centre of Munich and close to an U-bahn station. The room is nicely furnished and the small internal 'balcony' is a nice touch, adding even more space to the room. Staff are excellent and incredibly helpful!

Automated check in was a little tricky but the reception team were helpful and sorted it for us. And maybe a few more coffees/ cups as we were 4 in the room and only had facilities for 2

Really lovely hotel room and the mini bar and facilities were really nice too. Location wise it was perfect for exploring the Englischer Garten and the city via the U-bahn
