It is an old building so climbing 3 flights of stairs was not my favorite but no air condition was a real problem because it was so hot.

The room was very clean. Central location close to UBER Arena and malls. There is also train station and many restaurants. Free internet and big parking with small fee.

A little bit dirty and a lot of dirty in the neighbourhood (and the second entrance)

Nice location, clean but uncomfortable beds and a little bit dirty areas. But for 1 person for 2-3 days is nice choice, near the metro station.

Beds are not that confortable. My room was looking oposite side of the street and that side of the building has not so great sound isolation since you can still hear sirens and some noise from the street on the other side of the building.

Location is great. Very near S-bahn and all the bars, restourants and clubs. It's a good value for the money in that area. Room and toilet was clean. It' s good for a few days stay if you are not planning to spend too much time in the room and you need decent place to sleep and take a shower.

The room seemed it was cleaned a long time ago, the shower still had chems spilled all over waiting for cleaning. Even though sheets seemed fresh, there was multiple dark hair in it. Cleaning is definitely its weakest point.

Room is completely bare. Bathroom is old. The lock on the door is a simple key lock that could be broken in to easily, and the doors unto the street the same. I had a "studio", which was a studio only by the most minimal definition. There was no possibility to have breakfast and the neighbourhood is not the best to find a nice breakfast place.

Checking in was easy. Location is great. Personel was friendly and helpful. Booking was very easy through Booking. The price was relatively low compared to other similar places in Berlin Centre, but that was reflected in ambiance and facilities...

I was only travelling through Berlin to continue my trip to the Baltics, while visiting a friend who lives in eastern Berlin, so for me the location was perfect, and it is next to the East Side Gallery, which is an interesting place to visit. Rooms are basic but ok for this price and for only one night. Not sure if I would stay much longer though. I was happy with the luggage storage service.

The out-of-hours entrance is located in a dark alley and the main entrance is behind construction work, but the hotel send me detailed instructions over Booking to find both.

Location was perfect - just 5 minutes walk from the nearest S-Bahn station. The room was the perfect size for a single person and had everything needed for my stay there - desk, TV, comfortable bed, wardrobe, good bathroom.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Hard to find the entrance to the hotel. No sign and scaffolding all over the building. Had to go into another nearby hotel to find out where it was. And they told me they get asked that every day. So yeah , they really need to fix that. Also , I stayed 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room at all.

FYI: no elevator, old building at a very busy road (=noisy, also at the backside, but better there).

Unfortunately, the fittings, tables and doors had not been wiped and were still dirty. There was still food from other travelers in the fridge and black hair on the bed and floor. There was also scaffolding with workers in front of the window, which is why I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time.

I liked the friendly staff and the facilities in the room. Check-in went smoothly. I also like the location within the district.

The interior of the room was a bit messy. The curtains were torn and I didn't know how to open\close window as the window knob was broken.

Nothing, you get what you pay for

I basically had no contact with the staff as the reception works for few hours only and closed during the weekends. The room was large enough and comfy for a not so expensive day rate.
