This hotel is in the heart of the city center and historical district. Therefore, you can walk everywhere. In addition, it provides ease of transportation due to its proximity to Aleksandrplatz station, one of the main metro stations of Berlin. Room cleaning is done regularly and the breakfast menu was satisfactory. Thanks again for your interest and friendly staffs.

The housekeeping staff were a bit annoying, knocking on the door at 9am, and then knocking yet again when I told them I was about to check out. Like, even attempting to clean the room at 9 in the morning is a bit much I feel?

An uncomfortable thing in my room was: inconsistent water temperature during the shower - the mixer shower fluctuates between cold and hot. There is no locked safe in the room.

Front desk were not very welcoming. Pillows were too thin.

Great location near Alexanderplatz, the room was really good and had a lot of amenities. The were extra services offered (sauna, gym and lounge) because we had booked the suite so that was enjoyable.

The sofa bed wasn't that comfy, we booked apartment for 3.

Location, location, location. Great spot to stay. Walking distance to a lot of the attractions. Hofbrauhaus next door lots of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast well worth it and very delicious. Would stay again.

Nothing! If I must come up with something then the duvet was a little narrower for one person. But this is not the end of the world and I had a very pleasant stay!

Easy to find within 7-10 mins from Alexander Platz, a nice layout, friendly staff, the bathroom is spotless, and quiet even though the room faces the main street and it has a comfy bed. Also very warm... I slept really well. What else can I ask?

The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to Alexanderplatz station which is literally a 5 mins walk to the hotel and also to the square where you could find lots of shops including Alexa shopping complex. The train station is perfect as it has many other routes which makes it convenient to travel to other places within the city.

There was this really high pitched noise from the room hallway. We couldn't figure out what it was.

Location, staff, and facilities were great! Early and late checkout available. Hotel was very quiet and warm in midst of winter. Also sky sports were included.

Very very soft pillows ! Extra pillows brought up very quickly when requested. Carpet not clean when beds were pulled apart to make 2 single beds. Quickly rectified by housekeeping though.

The noise inside the room was a bit disturbing. It almost felt like we were outside, as the windows were not properly isolating the room.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the train station. We took the train from BER airport towards Alexanderplatz train station and walked for 5 minutes up to the hotel. The tram and metro are also nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, not too far, there is a coffee shop and a Kaufland store in case you need to buy anything. The bathrooms have heated floors, and the room was clean and nice

Comfortable room, we had complimentary water and coffee everyday and the cleaning service was good. The breakfast was rich.

Only complaint is one lift was out of service most of our stay and so it was quite slow getting around the hotel. Also, although room cleaning was done every day, tea, coffee and milks weren't topped up so we had to go and ask for them but staff were helpful when we did. Otherwise this is a really perfect hotel.

The wifi is really bad. Needed it for work and ended up using my cellular data because the wifi was SUPER slow. Also the breakfast is a ripoff. We payed 30 euros for a breakfast for two and they didn’t even have real orange juice. The next days we decided to have better and cheaper breakfast at a near caffe

You’re really near alexanderplatz and you have public transportation stops all over the place. The rooms are big and really warm.

Bed was a bit hard, but not unmanageable. Otherwise all was great.

The hotel is a very short walk from Alexanderplatz station, making it convenient and easy to access. The room was a decent size and the espresso maker and electric kettle were much appreciated as many hotels don't have these amenities in their rooms. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful and when I discovered my kettle was leaking at 11pm, a staff member kindly brought me a new one within 5 minutes. Nice decor, comfy bedding (though the mattress was a bit hard) and great black out curtains ensuring a peaceful sleep. I had a full day to spend in Berlin and it was nice to know I could leave my luggage at the hotel even after checking out. Would definitely stay here again!

The lack of cleanliness. There was limescale and mold in the bathroom, and stains everywhere. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are horrendous!
