Nice place right in the center. We could use the spa and sauna in the sister hotel, which was 2 minutes away. Nice breakfirst.

The receptionists were always busy when we tried to ask them something, not thei fault, but since the hotel is very crowded ther should be more people at the reception. One other thing when we arrived from airport the taxi cost was 35 EUR, but when we asked our receptionist to arrange us the taxi to the airport we paid 55 EUR.

The breakfast was really exceptional, the hotel is really beatiful and cozy. The room was really clean.

At some point the internet was down during our stay for a day or so. Of course understandable as it was holiday period but perhaps they can plan for a backup solution long term.

Unfortunately during our stay we had a leak in the ceiling and water was spilling on the floor. The hotel staff was very friendly and offered us immediately on the same night an other room. Housekeeping was average as they did not remove the food rests in the fridge from the previous guests in our room

Unfortunately during our stay we had a leakage in the ceiling of our room but the hotel immediately offered us a new room the same night in happened , when looking at the ceiling, there were already yellow wet spots which would suggest the room had already leak problems before our arrival and I believe the hotel management should have not made available the room for us and should have repaired it instead. Also there was food rests in the fridge from the previous guest which the cleaning staff did not notice and remove

The only negative is that I had to pay a full room price as a single person, but that may be normal for most hotels.

The room was large, comfy and the bathroom is lovely. The decor is very modern and comfortable.

A view from the window would have been nice. It was ridiculously expensive, but what you have to pay to stay in Hamburg. I suspect prices have been cartelled up, and no-one breaks ranks to offer a more reasonable rate. As lovely as Hamburg is, we will not be back at these crazy prices.

I’ve stayed in a room that had an adjoining room to it, which was not good. Had some really noisy Eastern European people staying next door that spoiled my last night. I was unable to sleep for most of the night. Also hot breakfast options were poor.
