Very basic room. No amenities whatsoever. The bed was okay. Tiny bathroom, cleanliness was passable. Probably aimed at drinking and partying tourists, not quite the luxurious hotel experience.

Friendly staff. Great location, though very noisy at night, which should not be a surprise at the Reeperbahn.

Waterlogged bathroom on the 1st day itself and since there is no house keeping, nothing could be done about it They are not accommodating for a check out even for an hour and that was a bit strange No toiletries enough for 5 days No one to collect the thrash etc so cleanliness, can be a issue if you are with a family *NO WIFI IN THE ROOM*

A fresh coat of paint would go far in the room, random spots on the walls brought down the otherwise clean room. Shower could spread water outside the basin if you aren’t careful.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of nightlife! Room was great size with large windows that opened for fresh air. Bed was super comfy, we were impressed. Had some unexpected travel delays but staff stayed late past check in to make sure we got in ok!! Beyond thankful

The shower holder was broken so you had to hold it while showering which wasn't very comfy nor helpful to keep the bathroom floor dry. WiFi didn't work but didn't need it. Most TV channels didn't work.

The location was great, right in the heart of St. Pauli neighborhood. Keep in mind that this is the "party" neighborhood so might not be the best option for kids or, sadly, for women, as there are a lot of sex clubs and prostitution around. I didn't feel uncomfortable and no one harassed me, but be aware of it. The bed was super comfortable. Guy at reception was extremely friendly and welcoming :) Check-in process was as smooth as it could be.

Location for our items. Quietness in the street. Close to the Elbphilharmonie, close to the harbour.

Location for our Elbphilharmonie project was perfect. Beds were hard, which means for us: perfect. More towels for cleaning might be more helpful, but this aspect causes no problems. Great and wonderful pictures in the floor.

WiFi signal can be better , surrounding streets are depressing, prostitutes, homeless people and stag parties.. but you know when you do yr homework. Room was ok, some maintenance needed. For us not an issue but , if you want the room cleaned, you will hv to ask by sms, reception is only opened a few hrs per day

Very central for us , almost on the Reeperbahn, so easy distance to our festival and bars, restaurants. Parking at the premises 15 euro per day, the hotel itself was very quiet. Friendly staff

There are many things that the hotel can improve. The room was not perfectly clean, especially bathroom at all. Heaters that we put the towels on in the bathroom were in dust. The bed is not a twin one, it was a combination of two single. Beds are so soft and one was curved, not straight and not good for sleep. There was only one curtain which is totally dark, you may add tulle curtains as well. Lastly the hotel was under renovation so there was a noise in the mornings

The location of the hotel was good, just 2 minutes to Repeerbahn stop.

The entrance and hallways looked like under decay or maybe it was under construction.

Even though it was booked in short notice, the hotel was very cheap. Given the area, we were skeptical of the quality. However, the room was amazing and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was also perfect: discrete and just gave the necessary amount of instructions.
