Cleanliness is kinda unacceptable. Room is big enough and very spacious but the problem is very dusty. The dust can be seen obviously once you lie on the mattress. The room didn’t provide toiletries and sandals which kinda feel unreal. Most of the hotels do provide basic toiletries. We love Hilton and always choose to stay with Hilton if there is 1 in our destination but this time is kinda disappointed.

Nothing really. Some small points though would improve. One chef for omelettes and eggs etc is not enough and the queue shouldn’t be in front of the other food as it causes issues for guests. Get more coffee machines. Even two more would make a difference.

Check-in process was slow and confused. I thought I had reserved two queen rooms through Booking.com, but instead got two twin rooms. Not worth bothering changing, but annoying. The Check-in staff made it clear that they preferred booking directly through Hilton rather than through Booking.com. Not sure what happened, but I typically don't have this problem with other hotels booked through Booking.com.

The property was as expected. Hilton Hotels are uniformly good.

Staff were helpful, but not enough. I had to carry my own luggage to my room, nobody offered help. The concierge even giggled because I asked for help. This behavior is not parallel with the conception of Hilton hotels.

The heating in all the spaces was much more intense than needed. With a temperature of -7 Celsius outdoors is not need to feel in the Caribbean island inside the hotel. The need of fresh air inside was the only downside of the stay.

Perfect location, easy access by walk or subway to city center, family room very comfortable, clean room and good customer service.

Despite being January and pretty cold outside, the room was boiling hot. We turned off completely the heating and while sightseeing we left the window open, yet when we came back (around 11pm) we could barely sleep due to the heat in the room. Classic horrible hotel pillows, once you lay your head on them the become thin as paper. The door in the bathroom was hit by the shower and in the bottom there was rotten wood. Not great.

The position is really good. We came with car, the parking is conveniently parked a couple of meters after the hotel and from the parking, the elevator brings you directly inside the hotel. We also used the public transportation (S-Bahn) which also has an elevator from the hotel that takes you in the train station. The hotel is obviously a bit dated, but still good. It's clean and beautiful.

Our room was a family sized room. It was small, and only came with one king bed. The hotel was gracious enough to put a roll-away bed in the room, but that made it very tight. I'm confused how a family sized room only comes with one bed.

Your staff was super friendly. The hotel was quiet. It was in a good location.

Doors were very thin, could hear any noise from the corridor. House keeping were so loud in the morning - banging doors, hitting walls with vacuums etc. Completely understand they have a lot of rooms to clean in a short time but not good when you want a lie in!

Great hotel just a short walk into Munich city centre. Room was a good size with everything you need - kettle, coffee machine, fridge. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Nice and clean. Underground parking is expensive but worth the money - lots of spaces, well lit.
