Weird smell, very dated rooms, was told it was cash only so had to go looking for a cash machine.Would have been useful if the receptionist could speak more than one language.

The location of the sink in the main room. I thought the price was unreasonably high, but that's probably due to the location, the date... I don't know.

Sufficient accommodation, wifi, fridge, lighting ... all clean, plenty of soap, tissues, toilet paper, towels. Bed good but too soft for me. Room 5 was facing the courtyard ie minimal noise. Room size quite sufficient.

the wifi was out due to a thunder storm. as long as that gets fixed it would be better. i would have also appreciated a fan in the room as it was very warm.

the room was clean and comfortable. not much to offer other than a bed, a tv, a desk and a mini fridge but what else do you need when youre visiting berlin? a good price for a decent accomadation.

The room was really cold (mid May), and we couldn't fully close the window, as it was too hight to reach. No kettle in the room, which wasn't nice in connection with the temperature. The kettle was available in the reception, but as it was open only few hours per day, we didn't have access to it in the evening, when it was the coldest. Only the last night a nice lady gave us a kettle from a storage, although we have asked someone else about it before.

The hotel is pretty basic, but has almost all what is needed. Very clean, good location, easy access to metro and train, many cafes and restaurants around. Supermarket close by. Fridge in the room. Easy check out.

I arrived late so I had to pick up the key from a bistro near by, which was okay. However, there I could not pay by card (apparently the hotel accepts cards but the bistro does not), and had to walk and search for an ATM in the middle of the night. Next day the electronic key was not working at first, and the reception was not open although it says on the door that it should have been. When I called them they said they will be there in three hours. Luckily the key started to work after a while. The stay was quite stressful as a whole (and I'm not a person who is easily stressed), but the staff - when I finally managed to see some of them - was friendly and did their best to help.

Nice location in Friedrichshain, very friendly staff (although very hard to reach), clean room. I also could leave my luggage in the hotel after check-out, although that was not too easy.

After 7:00 p.m. the reception is closed, the check in must be done at the bistrot in front of the hotel. English is not spoken at all by most of the staff, so communication was not smooth.

I liked the location of the hotel, in the area of Samariterstrasse, close to the underground station.The room was simple but clean and well furnished.

This place isn’t a hotel as much as it is a shelter for homeless people. Weird smell. Flickering lights. No staff at reception. Hotel front desk can’t be reached even in opening hours. Too many red flags to mention.

The hotel street is full of restaurants/cafes. Not the main tourist location but in close proximity to underground station and only a few stops away from the centre. Basic room with your own bathroom, basic facilities provided, including a kettle in the room. We had a room on ground floor with shutters down for security.

1.Dark room, there are wooden shutters that can be opened, but that guarantees that every person on the street will be able to see inside the room. 2.We found half a piece of bread under the bed, and other crumbs 3.Rooms are advertised as soundproof, but that isn't the case 4.Rooms do not look like on the pictures, there is no kettle available in the room 5. No kitchen, and no utensils available
