I think my AC wasn't working (but I didn't tell them, to be fair). Shower is a bit small and dark. Breakfast was very limited for the price with cups that are way too small (pet peeve) - it should've been half the price, or free with the voucher they give for skipping room service. Guests can freely enter luggage storage which made me nervous leaving my stuff there.

Convenient to the train station, easy to find, relatively good sized room, helpful staff, bottled water provided every day and some free coffee in the lobby.

Called for parking reservation soon after booking and was told we can get by reserving . Had reserved but on the day cudnt get hotel parking . Thankfully there are many parking areas around . No room coffee

Maybe bedroom could have been a little bigger. We stayed in a different room the first time we were here and it was a bit more spacious or could have just been the lay out of the room. I also think I would prefer a double duvet instead of two singles but these are tiny issues.

Loved the breakfast everything fresh and hot and tasty and plenty of choice. Location just fabulous near train station and city center. Nice relaxed cozy atmosphere. Easy to come back to and relax after a day out. Rooms comfortable and clean and water every day which was so generous and a nice touch. The staff were warm and friendly and super efficient. Richard who we remembered from our last stay was so professional and friendly and helpful. All the other staff lovely too.

Elevator overcrowded, guests waiting long time to use the elevator, because the cleanning staff uses the same elevator. That would be ok, if there was no other, but there is a staff elevator...... The new gimmick - 10 eur for forsaking room cleaning during a two day stay seems inadequate. If we choose to have no cleaning service, then the room price should decrease more significantly.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room but there was a kettle in a storage room that could be shared amongst the guests all staying on that floor.

Fantastic location and could walk easily everywhere. Friendly staff. Decent sized rooms for Munich. Very quiet at night. Great breakfast. Small and lovely lobby bar. Snacks available all day/night to purchase in the lobby bar. Coffee and tea provided complimentary all the time in the lobby. Lovely outdoor courtyard. Easy check in and out. Very clean room and common areas.

5-min from the train station, the location is perfect for day trips. It is also an easy walk to Munich's old town. We loved the option where you get a EUR10 voucher if you opt out of the daily cleaning. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Would gladly stay here again.

Room is small, shower requires a bit of acrobatics but it is manageable. Found the free coffee undrinkable. This is all I can complain about. But we would stay there again.

The hotel is convenient to Karlsplatz and Munich train station (walking with luggage will be too much for the older crowd - take Uber) The breakfast cook was more than helpful and cheerful. Air conditioning was nice as room could get a bit warm. There is a good bakery across the street if you don't want a full breakfast. Pastries and good coffee. Seemed popular with taxi drivers. Staff from the desk to the cleaning service were all super friendly. If you don't need your room cleaned every day they will give you a 10Euro coupon which is a really positive point (2 nights and you qualify for 1 free breakfast)

Great location for bus and train station. The desk staff very helpful and pleasant. We had a lovely quiet room overlooking the courtyard garden and we were able to access the room early as our flight from Australia arrived at 7:30 in the morning. This was very much appreciated after a long flight.

I enjoyed the stay very much. The staff are very nice and free coffee is provided in the lobby. I love the system that you can get a voucher of 10 euro if you choose not to clean your room. I got four vouchers and exchange them for two breakfasts.

The bathroom needed some maintenance. The door lock was not leveled and the towel holder was almost breaking off. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We got upgraded to King's Hotel First Class. Hotel was clean and quiet. Checking in and out was easy. Upon arrival a few hours before check-in time, they let us into the room, rather than storing our luggage. Upon checkout, we used their free luggage storage and it was very convenient. Their bar had good drinks and amazing atmosphere.
