Would have appreciated some coffee option in the room (instant coffee fine) but not a major issue. Must use staircase upon entering property, so luggage needs to be carried up 1/2/3 flights

Clean spacious room. All appliances available in the bedroom and bathroom (including kettle, mugs, tea, tissues, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, sufficient towels). Clear communication from hotel before check in. Good soundproofing from on street noise (red light district).

There is no sound proof from outside windows. There are people screaming partiying outside in the middle of the night and all the noises are in the room. Bathroom smells so bad. There is a restaurant downstairs and all the smell was in the bathroom. It was really bad that you can not even stay in the bathroom for a minute. In the hotel facilities there is 7/24 front desk written but we had such a bad time when we try to check in. We couldnt get the key and had to ask someone to call hotel because there were no one in the reception desk.

Location is good. Room is new and clean.

I didn’t realise that a ‘private bathroom’ would mean the shower and toilet were literally in the room, next to the bed. That was uncomfortable and unexpected. As the Inn is on the Reeperbahn, it was very loud until late at night, even on a Tuesday.

Clean, well connected to the city, easy check-in and check-out, good for a quick stop or trip.

The room is clean, and comfortable but the only thing we had no idea about was that the area is basically the red light district of Hamburg, and the hotel is sketchy with no lobby, no reception,... I think the hotel is mainly used by clients from the red light area.. :)

First, the bedroom is literally the closet and the bathroom at the same time (see photo attached). I've been to many hotels and it's the first time there was no separation from the toilet. I find this unacceptable! The breakfast is NOT in the hotel, it's in a different place you need to walk for about 5-7 min. They don't even tell this upon check-in, and the directions you find in the room are misleading. DO NOT BOOK A BREAKFAST HERE! Avoid the street Reeperbahn if you plan to sleep, where this hotel is located. I knew it was a party street, but it exceeded all my worst expectations. Loud drunks and noisy until 2-3 am so you can't sleep. It's not just party street, you can't get to the door without being attacked 2-3 times by desperate hookers in the evening and hobos at daytime. Reeperbahn is much worse compared to Amsterdam's red-light district. It's more filthy, dirty, and disgusting.

The great thing was that they allowed an early check in for free, which made my logistics much easiee, thanks for that! The room is quite clean and was made up daily.

there was fan from the restaurant below that was making a lot of noise , even the floor was shaking . Contacted the renter , he was going to ask to turn it off . But it was not turned off at all. at night it was off. Not going there anymore.

a normal hotel will just provide you the invoice of your stay. easy. full stop. I have to called more than 5 times to chase them and not even can provide me the invoice. I wonder if this is an legal business. Second, in the facilities, they actually write you have a charging for electric car on site... nope.. it is at the end of the street somewhere or inside some building. The hotel itself its basic nothing wrong with it. but the management is really bad.

Bathroom floor got a little flooded when showering, easily solved with a towel which was replaced the next day

Easy and fast checkin and checkout, more than reasonable price for the location, outstandingly clean, cleaned everyday, helpful staff, sound level not too bad even though there are a lot of clubs and partying going on close by, fresh towels everyday (if you want), new and well maintained furnishings all around, good pressure and temperature regulation in the shower and tap. No complaints, will use this hotel for my next trip to Hamburg
