The smoke smell is present throughout the whole building and in the elevators. Not good for the kids.

Staying there for 5 days at least, we expected the washing machine to work. Also once in a while pillows could be washed as well, not just the cover. The person who hands out the key could be a little more helpful and knowledgeable about the apartments.

It was very clean. All amenities available. Plenty of cookware. 2 extra foldable beds just in case. Great location.

The apartment was in a disgusting condition. It was not only uncomfortable but also filthy. The cleanliness was severely lacking, making it nearly impossible to use the accommodation. Furthermore, the claim about the parking space was a lie. There was no parking available, despite this being assured in the advertisement. The pictures of the apartment on the internet did not match reality at all. The representation was highly misleading and a complete deception. For these reasons, I feel cheated and demand my money back. Additionally, I want to mention that the host who handed me the keys could not speak or communicate at all, which made the situation even more difficult. I have thoroughly documented the condition of the apartment with photographs and recordings to support my complaint.

Perfect place for a short stay in Frankfurt. Close to the city center and the train station. Area around the house is full of pubs, bars and restaurants.

All were so bad, too old apartment with none of facilities can be seen as 21st century . We even had to run out of this apartment right after we moved in and looked for other rooms in other place because bed room looked not clean, bathroom too small just like in 70-80s style and not clean too. Kitchen couldn’t be used. We had the feeling that we’ve been cheated :(((((, please don’t believe what you seen in picture they posted.

The address and photo of the apartment stated in the confirmation letter totally different to where we finally were offered to live. Textile cover (from corridor to apartment) are covered by by cat's (or human) urine spots which you can spell at the apartment as well.
