The hotel was affected by bad weather during the winter, and the internet was not working at the time. This should be improved on.

I loved this hotel, it is very close to the centre and easy to reach. The staff are bilingual and very nice. I loved the breakfast options.

I was located in the Annexed part of the hotel so it was a bit of a Labyrinth to get to my room - and difficult to carry my baggage up the stairs.

The parking spaces in the garage are very narrow. But at least it has a garage!

The locations is good for visiting the old town. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and it was available until late on a Saturday. Midday checkout was convenient.

The hotel is situated on a busy street and since Marburg is a university town, all night we heard loud noises from students walking on the street.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good and the hotel was generally peaceful.

At first we didn't care for location buy as we explored the town realized that this is the best hotel to stay at for this town and location to old Town and church is really good

We stayed in a newly renovated room and it was indeed comfortable and well equipped. Being located right in the middle of Marburg there was easy access to all we wanted to do. Your staff was very helpful and supportive. We will be back !

Very comfy hotel located in Marburg center. The room was well equipped and had everything we needed during our short stay :) Special thanks to Daniel and the staff who were very kind and attentive, assisting us out whenever needed.

The bathtube didn't have any sort of glass or curtains, so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. We could only keep the windows completely open and not "kipped", so the noise and the smells of the street would enter the room - although it was comparatively silent in the evening. There was no AC and only two fans, one of which was kinda broken.

The location is great, the staff is extremely helpful and polite, the breakfast had variety and was delicious. Bed was comfortable, room was big enough for 4 adults.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, light and of a reasonable size. The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room were of a high standard. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The parking for the motorcycles was useful. The location of the hotel was convenient, only a 15 minute walk to the town square. There were plenty of places to eat close by.

20 minute walk to the historic central square. We were able to park our motorcycles in their secure courtyard. Nice large room. Good breakfast. Receptionist recommended a very good German restaurant 3 mins walk away. Friendly and helpful staff.

The parking for the car is too small. The car needs to fit in old boxes and for new cars it is too small. The hotel is a maze as it is old ans the access to the neighbor building is only on one floor. Looms ways within the hotel. But this is not too bad.

There were not enough beds for everyone at the beginning and we had a water problem in the bathroom but everything was solved quickly.
