You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThere are minimal amenities in the room. I wanted to make a cup of tea in my room and request a kettle but only told that it cannot be provided. It was difficult to go to the town without a car, especially when was visiting Christmas market at night.
I liked the ambiance and the friendly staff. The glass ceiling of the dining area was nice. Both welcome drink and breakfast were satisfactory. I could see the vineyard from the window of my room and it was so close!

NetherlandsThe bathroom did not have a separate door; the shower and toilet both had a separate door and were together in a separate area of the room. If you are not a couple, this might be an issue.
Very friendly personel at the checkin. Good restaurant (we had dinner there twice, we didn't have breakfast - but dinner was really good!) Nice terrace / beergarten. Big room. The area is really nice, walking to town is possible, takes about an hour or a bit more if you follow the river but that is worth it. There is also a trainstation within walking distance though, plus a bus that stops right in front of the hotel.

AustraliaAir-conditioning kept turning it self off, after a reset, had to turn it back 4 times during the night. And it was a hot night. Aircon Was also noisy with an annoying light. TV had limited channels. Room was not configured to twin on arrival. Pushy check in staff.

SwedenThe ac turned off in the middle of the night and we woke up to 30 degrees in the room. Two light bulbs in the room was broken and the trash can was not emptied from the previous guests. We ate at the restaurant and had a nice tapas appetizer but the main courses was not worth the price. The kitchen then closed without telling us so we could not get any dessert, it wasn't even possible to get a coffee.

IndiaDisappointed, even we booked they said we don't have booking on the arrival at the last minute. Staff was not trying to listen properly or checking the bookings. We showed our confirmation and 0.1 cent deduction confirmation after long time and rush, we got the bookings. Other they are trying to offer another instant booking.
Nothing much, even they don't have welcome kit, or coffee/tea in the room, nothing in the room for welcome.
