When we first entered our room it smelled really bad (like water that had been standing still for a while) we had to air out our room and put on the AC which helped but it took a while for the smell to be gone completely. Also the door to the shower / toilet wasn’t that great. It does not close properly and you can hear everything when you’re in the room.

The location and easy access to the city and concert hall (palladium) with public transportation. The staff was very friendly!

- Glas wall to bathroom (toilette) is a NO GO. There were curtains but they were transparent - Huge room but, given that, the bed was really small. Make it 2m wide for such large rooms - Room would not heat up enough, so apparently the radiator is not good enough for such a large room - As bed was small (only 1.40m or so wide), I needed to sleep on couch (because wife + kid needed the space) but the couch consisted of squares, so lying down there did only work by fixing it on both sides

Bring cash, because they declined my card without my bank even showing an attempt to charge it. The location wasn't the best (both in terms of local area and distance from the centre) and it was probably a little overpriced

Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable to the point where we could feel the springs in the mattress. The pillows were not very padded, to the point where we literally lay flat. The room smelled of cigarette smoke also when we walked in, as my husband and I don’t smoke it wasn’t very welcoming.

We stayed 1 night as we were attending a concert in which the hotel was in walking distance to, which was ideal as we didn’t have to worry about parking. The staff were friendly upon arrival and the room was clean and tidy.

The breakfast is of poor quality, frozen bread and croissants, hard pineapple, greasy eggs, and no staff to serve you coffee or anything else you need

Hard to find anything I like, perhaps the decoration in the waiting area on the ground floor. For the rest the hotel itself, the view on a building with broken glasses, the neighbourhood and anything else is simply horrible.

Check out time was 12. Hotel staff cut electricity at 12 whilst we were packing, called us 5min later telling us to leave. Never have I experienced a hotel cutting electricity to your room just minutes after check out time

Almost all. View was horrible. I saw to the abandoned and burnt out buildings. The room wasn’t clean. The AC didn’t work. The bathroom was strange (shower couldn’t moving)

Paid for a deluxe double room, was told on arrival only twin rooms were available as they had sold the doubles to other people and pretty much take it or leave it and no offer of a discount for over selling the rooms The garden view does not mention the burnt out abandoned factory its part of
