Only quilts were a little bit bad. if you have a allergy, there is a carpet on the floors. it effects you a little bit.

It would be nice if they can serve more different types of food in breakfast. We stayed for 4 days but one day one we received a bottle of water.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, it is our second time staying in this hotel. The breakfast is good as usual, the hotel front desk is friendly and they work efficiently. Our special request for kettles and extra bed is satisified. We have three persons stays in one room and the room is big enough for 3 persons. 15mins walking to the Messe Munchen, no need to call taxi.

There were was train work at Riem, meaning I was unable to easily travel back from the city every evening for the week I was there. Whilst this is not directly the fault of the Hotel, it made my days much longer than expected.

Hotel room quality and comfort is always 5 star. Although the hotel is some what further away from the city center, I actually like this when staying in Munich. It's easily accessible by S Bahn and a short walk, but there is enough parking and good access to main roads. Staff are always friendly, the food is excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. In the eternal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back".

The price of water at Bar. Water was not in the fridge and the only purchasable was the one at the BAR, but customer cannot pay 9€ for a 75cl of water. Is INSANE

Room key/door and TV didn’t work. They moved us to a new room without issue. New room shower head was broken. Air cond is centrally controlled. It was too hot so their solution was for us to open the window. Outside party noise till 2am made that uncomfortable. We had a poor sleep. No tea/ coffee making facilities. Weekdays appears to be a conference hotel then weekends is for contiki Oktoberfest party goers. Too expensive. Local metro station (10min walk) being upgraded so no ramps for bags.

Good Clean hotel. Staff were helpful. Printed a document without charge. Changed room without issue.

For a 4 🌟 hotel, I think they can upgrade the cracked bathroom sinks and provide 2 sets of slippers/bathrobes, considering thatbwe were 2 adults. Also, bathroom door was not closing properly, not to mention that there was no lock on it. This is for the family room where we stayed. We willing definitely come back, but I wanted to point these things out.

very narrow entrance for the underground (paid) parking, very few available free parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Buffet dinner available only in case if any guest group orders, and at the time when group ordered it for. Therefor as individual guests we could have dinner only at 8pm. Receptionist's English or knowledge was poor to explain this I had to turn to the manager.

Car parking very expensive, very few free car park outside the hotel. Breakfast very expensive. It would have been nice to have a kettle to heat up some water in the room instead of having to go downstairs to get it.
