The hotel's parking was full when I arrived, and there was no one at the reception to guide us further, to help us somehow or tell us what to do next. It took him a couple of good minutes until he got there, and then he redirect me to a rather vague location where I could only theoretically park the car. So, in the end, it took me many good minutes to find a parking spot, which was really annoying considering it was late evening and I was already groggy from the road tiredness. In the morning, at the check out, once again, there was nobody at the reception and it took many good minutes until someone came. They seem to be understaffed or something.

It was very clean, perfectly equipped, modern and nice. Good location and good wi-fi too. Very comfortable beds and silent rooms, I slept very well, without any noise disturbance from the outside or from the neighbors.

Booking.com charged my credit card a second time and I had problems getting proper support form Booking. The hotel took care of that and I eventually got my money back. I really appreciate this superior service - thank you!

Would have liked more items on the hot stuff with maybe more German sausages but all good really! Would have also like hot chocolate to drink for breakfast but great choice of coffees and teas thanks

The breakfast was good with plenty of choice! I liked the tea pots especially as it’s one of my pet thing! You could choose your ingredients for a lovely cooked fresh omelette but not a lot else on the hot side! Sausage and scrambled eggs main but lots of fresh bread, pastries, hams and cheeses!

The Hotel location was really good, as it was close to 2 UBahn stations, both with in easy walking distance. Breakfast was OK, staff were also OK, its a good hotel for overnighting in the town

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel!

The hotel is attractive/clean/modern, everything you’d expect; the staff really make this hotel exceptional. Special shout-out to Mr Dag the night manager who went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and that we had everything we needed. Loved the location, walking distance to Sternschanze and all of the little shops to explore on the Weidenalle. It’s also super convenient for getting to the airport with the U3 just 5 mins away. Oh and the breakfast buffet was also amazing, a generous selection and everything fresh and delicious. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

Not having a restaurant to eat at night but there's a lot of eating places not far from the hotel. There's also little supermarket down the road.

I liked that the room was clean but there was a smell coming out of the bathroom. Once we started using the bathroom the smell started going. The staff did offer us if we wanted to move room but we stayed put. We had a lovely stay and the breakfast was excellent! The bus and train station was not far either about 5 minutes walk so it's an easy commute to town centre.

It is not possible to reserve a Parkingplace, even if it costs 15 Euros/Day. So you have no Guarantee that you get one, so you might search for one somewhere else.

Hotel starting to get a little tired and room could have been better cleaned - not terribly dirty but hardfloor not swept during our stay.

Very spacious room and good bathroom. Good location near two tube stations/lines walkable to town centre. Locally good cafes/restaurants. Busy road but good insulation, a quiet mostly residential area. Easy to get to by public transport from the Airport. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as we like to go to Cafes. The Copenhagen Lab was great for coffee and pastries.
