Breakfast was expensive so we didn’t bother. They charged for parking which was ridiculous as it was on an industrial estate or was only 3 euros but so unnecessary.

It was just off the motorway which was handy ish they accept dogs. All was ok for a quick overnight stay .. room was a good size

Hotel is out of Saarbrucken with limited local evening meals and on the edge of an industrial estate. The room and bathroom, ventilation fan and linen were dated, although clean and functional. Poor reviews about food so we ate breakfast at a nearby bakery ( with indoor and outdoor clean and smart seating , bakery and breakfast/coffee provision ) and supper out of town on our way there. Smokers smoked at the hotel entrance without an apparent alternative place to go. Receptionist appeared flustered although no other arriving guests. Standard appears well below that experienced at Mercure in France, Iver many years.

It was fairly cheap with good access to the motorway. Good access to non motorway petrol station and breakfast venue/bakery, so better value and quality of these nearby facilities and businesses. Good TV channels including BBC.Room and bathroom were clean although dated. Reception looked fairly modern and smart. Free parking and dogs allowed.

1. When we arrived in our room it was way too hot but the reason I chose the hotel was because it has air conditioning. When I talked to the front desk about it they were saying that there wasn't anything they could do about it because the outside temperature was cooler than the inside. Throughout the night we were forced to open the window since the air conditioning wasn't working.

Housekeeping used the vacuum cleaner at 07:20 on Saturday morning.. I told the staff and they didn’t suggest anything to compensate me.

I have visited the hotel more than once, but this time I was a little disappointed. There was no fridge in the room, the air conditioning was not working. The inconvenience of the hotel is that the local restaurant almost never works.

There was no air-conditioning or a fan, so it was a little bit warm in the room. Even with the window open.

The hotel is very close to the French-German border. Close to the freeway but far enough from all the noises. There's a big parking area and parking is free. The swimming pool is basic, but it's very nice to be able to take a dive on a warm day. The woman who was working in the restaurant during breakfast was really nice and friendly.

The pool was supposed be available but it was still being refurbished. This was a big dissapointement as it was qutie hot and we had hoped to use it. The works had run later than the hotel had anticipated and stated, which of course can happen. But it was a bummer for us,

great service, warm welcome and baby cot was set up already in the room. Location was very good, you can cycle to town or visit the franco germanparc , also the supermarket was closeby

Excellent value for money for a stopover stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, got a really good night's sleep. The nearby Barbarossa bakery is excellent for breakfast, eat in and takeaway. Also a really nice park nearby.

the old worn our carpets in the aisles , our bedroom was only equipped for one pax though we reserved for 2 and we had to look for the second duvet ourselves , the receptionist told us where it was in the room. the restaurant was closed on Sunday night.

I hadn't realised that the bar and restaurant were closed at weekends! - this is quite a blow really - it meant we had to eat at the mcdonalds down the road and then had to retire to our room at half seven! - there is no-where nearby you can go for a beer or a wine to relax after travelling.

great location for a stopover on a motorcycle tour and i have stayed here many times for this purpose. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds. The bar and restaurant areas are modern and stylish. Breakfast selection is superb.,

Pillows - too fluffy, little support. Maybe we could have asked for a change or addition to reception. Of course, this is all subjective.

Very good choice for breakfast, served in a bright room facing the swimming pool - brightens your day. The room was standard but well maintained and clean. Although the internal restaurant closes on Sunday, there's a very good alternative across the road.
