The pool is "heated" - to 26 degrees. I guess that is considered heated in German standards, however that is definitely not considered heated for the rest of the world :) Definitely needs 3-4 degrees higher in winter.

We stayed the night because I wanted to surprise my husband with the midnight swim - and it was exceptional. The rooms are super nice, the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious and much more elaborate than usual in Germany.

Wifi was quite slow and the pillows were a bit too thin / soft for my preference. But I didn't ask for a firm pillow; so it could very well be that they provide them.

Beautiful room, with historical details of the public bathhouse preserved, great design, artworks and comfort, super clean and everything just works really well. Of course there's the pool and sauna, and the breakfast is stellar. As someone who gets the late night munchies... I really liked the vending machine with very decent snacks, frozen meals and microwave. And finally, it's really to get everywhere with public transport nearby, though the direct neighbourhood has lots of great bars and restaurants to offer too.

There is one thing that the hotel could think of: a proper common area for people to hang out when the bar area is not open.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel design and comfort spectacular, the location ideal. I loved all of it. Can't say about the breakfast because I did not take breakfast there.

The rooms are very cool. We used the beautiful swimming pool a lot. Barstaff very friendly and they do a great negroni. Very centrally located and near tram and underground stations.

The swimming pool is not heated. Be prepared.

Interesting place, an old public bath converted into a hotel, but still holding the original shape. It doubles as a swimming pool plus sauna for all customers (not only guests). It has a nice bar on the ground floor and a good restaurant in the back. The neighborhood is very nice, lots of stores, cafés, and restaurants.

Entrance to the room was from the street directly, so it was pretty cold in the hall of the room. Radiators were barely warm, so ot was chilly in the room.

Location is perfect if you’re visiting Berlin for concert at Max-Schmeling-Halle. Close to numerous public transport stops, direct tram from Berlin Central Station. A lot of dining places in close proximity. WiFi speed was pretty good. Nice, friendly staff. I had an early check out before breakfast, and asked for something to go. The variety of food in the box was pretty good.

It's a pity that pool and sauna are not covered by the room fee. And the sauna is way too small (5 persons allowed) for such a big facility

We did not understand that the pool and spa on the premise would not be available for the last days of our trip, so we missed our opportunity to enjoy it. Clearer communication about its availability would be nice because it sounds like its regularly closed for a few days.

The room we stayed in was quite cool. The bed was in a loft, there was a long bench seat along the window, and there was plenty of room to tuck away suitcases. The bathroom was a nice size as well. The location of this hotel was awesome. The nearby streets have many cute cafes and bars, a park is nearby, and access to the tram was very convenient.

The emplacement in an area full of bars and restaurants, but on a quieter road; the property within walking distance of an U-Bahn station; welcoming, helpful personnel; the soundproof windows that barred noise from the road; we had asked for a silent room, they took note of it and gave us one.
