Noisy customers. During dinner was a loud group in separate room,maybe some celebration, but there was a massive loud till 23:30, so we cannot sleep at all. Really not good when you travel long distance, need to sleep and also with small kids. Not good this

We were at the building across the street I did not like that people hung around and/or smoked on the courtyard. It was not unsafe, but it just did not have a good vibe. I would suggest to move the families near each other in the building or move the more single rooms to the main building. Other than that it was a very good experience, I think the vibe in summer is quite different, because the courtyard is also a beer garden, I believe.

Music speakers in corridor ceiling outside my door until 11pm and then 6.30am too loud! As I was ground floor, smoke from cigarettes was pungent and drifted into my room

Nothing in particular, we had everything that we needed.

Hotel was a bit out of the way but was only for an overnight stay on our travels so was perfect. Ample parking and the room was very generous in size, although in an outbuilding away from the main part of the hotel, which wouldn't be so great if the weather was bad. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, not the cheapest but the food was good. There was some kind of conference going on when we were there so it was quite busy. Breakfast was good quality.

The bed was a little too soft for my liking

The hotel itself was ok, a little off the beaten track but quiet. The breakfast was good and the room size was also good. The meal we ate in the evening in the restaurant was excellent.

For certain parts of the hotel, there are too many stairs to climb with heavy luggage.

Room was very clean and well equipped. The restaurant was very good and the staff very friendly and efficient so our dinner was very enjoyable. The breakfast was good and the price very reasonable. The hotel has 5 parking areas and we managed to find free spaces even when arriving late.

We have stayed several times as it is half way between home and our final destination. Also they have electric car charging. It is always friendly, clean comfortable and the restaurant food is really good.

No wifi service during my stay. I also ordered two cakes to celebrate my daughter's birthday, which took place during the high school EUROS tournament. Because we had 20 people in our party, I ordered two cakes, one chocolate and one cheesecake. The service was very good and the servers even sang happy birthday in English and Arabic, which made it very memorable for us. The cake not so good. I normally do not like to complain, but because each cake cost 48EU, I felt they were dry and overpriced for the quality served.

Almost nothing

It’s very cozy hotel, clean and lovely place to stay as a couple of as a family! It got many options Helpful staff, facilities gym, parking and indoor/ outdoors restaurant vendor machines… were more than I’ve expected, very easy access from the highway and close to the center
