The darkness in the hotel. We checked in the evening. On reaching the designated floors where my room was located, the elevator doors opened to a pitched dark room. On stepping out of the elevator into the pitched dark room, the motion sensor switch then turned on the light. In some places (common area outside the room and the staircase), we had to look for the light switches. All other amenities are good

One of the best locations in town. Wonderful staff, Helen Lowen deserves a special mention for her approach and helpful nature. Convenient parking.

There was no possibility at the room to make coffee or tea. Breakfast: there was no hot water to make tea, fresh fruits were only apples, no vegan jogurt, no variety in jogurt you could choose

The stuff was really friendly and helpfuld. Breakfast was large and various, but more quantitiy than quality.

Uncomfortable mattresses; lack of a refrigerator in the room (although it is present in the description), the refrigerator is not available even in the common area; a bottle of water in the room was free, but the cap was opened and regular tap water was poured into the bottle.

The shampoo was almost empty. One of the glass carafes was broken at the rim at breakfast and did not seem very safe for pouring apple juice. There was no substitute for milk available like oat milk which is a pity for vegans or lactose intolerant people.

All in all it was clean and the staff was very friendly. A nice surrounding area and a great variety of option for breakfast.

We didn't not get a room in the main hotel building, but across the road. Even if it is just 50 m , but you need to wear outdoor clothing to go to have breakfast.

Excellent place where to stay and enjoy the beautiful charming town. Very good breakfast, especially, if you are the cheese lover.

The parking is limited and the WiFi did not work (connection was to weak to be shown in the setting. Breakfast is good, even though there is ham in the scrambled eggs (as a vegetarian this is not satisfying).

Friendly staff and the breakfast is filling. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The rooms are old school, but that is ok for me.

The hotel said that their card machine had broken and insisted I paid in cash. This took some doing and I had to search around town for a cash machine, I thought the hotel should have taken more responsibility and found a solution rather than put the onus on me.

Breakfast was great although a little expensive for a buffet, parking was available and easy access to the motorway

The parking situation wasn't great. Too many cars are cramped into a tiny area, making parking an almost dangerous adventure. The Wifi was odd. While surfing the web was fine, other online services, games, etc ... did not work :(

We had a great balcony and a pleasant view. While the room was nothing to write home about, it was clean and appropriate for the price. Staff was polite and breakfast was also appropriate.

my budget single room 1, in the the Annex faced the road. There was some traffic noise, okay with the double glazed windows closed, but wouldn't have been had it been much warmer than the 20 degrees C we had in the day. Although the door was "sound proofed" (padded) noises came through the door from passing residents and the lift. Also the door rattled in the hinges, though the chair placed in front of it put a stop to that.

it's literally by the Kurpark, with access into the park from the rear of the hotel. I also enjoyed the rocking chair.

i was not too impressed with the annexe which is actually across the road up an alleyway. There are a number of steps up to the entrance which makes problems for anyone with mobility issues.

The Hotel Rosengarten is close to the town centre so all the shops are within walking distance.

I was not aware of the fact that my room was not in the main building. It was in another house about 250 meters from the hotel. This was not mentioned during the booking process. No heating in the bathroom except for an electric radiator. Old furniture in the hotel room.

The hotel is close to the main pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants. The reception was very helpful. Late check-in with access to key box is possible. Parking right in front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The bathroom was quite new. I went for the Custom Bike Show and did not spent much time in the room. For this purpose it’s okay.

3rd floor without elevator. IT will be nice to leave for the guests tea and coffee.

The apartament was big but on the 3rd floor (without lift). IT was clean, beds were comfortable.the kitchen has equipment.
