The hotel is a bit worn out and would benefit from a refresh.

Very friendly staff, very good buffet breakfast with a lot of choice, really nice pool and spa area, spacious and clean rooms, quiet and pictureque area and for those who play golf - a course just next to the hotel.

Unfortunately the rooms are quite old and not cleaned very detailed as I found a big pile of dust in the bathroom and I haven't seen in this specific area an eye for detail. I would have expected cleaner rooms and also a bit more modernity here.

The whole hotel has a beautiful area and is overall clean. The spa facilities are great very neat and a pleasure to use. The personnel is helpful and friendly. Very good Breakfast and a beautiful golf course to practice or play.

Some things in hotel and room are a litte bit old and dilapidated. The hotel restaurant (dinner) was a little disappointment. Long wait, expensive prices and not so good food...

Nice quite hotel with good size room. Very clean and relaxed so it a good place for holiday. Spa center is new and very nice. Breakfast was ok.

We arrived on 2024-12-30 around 18:00, having booked a table at the restaurant in advance. Sadly, the experience quickly soured. The room’s condition was disappointing: the bathroom's cleanliness was subpar, and a blinking light made it unusable. While minor issues can be overlooked, the price and advertised quality raised our expectations. Dinner was chaotic. Despite reserving, no table was ready. Staff seemed overwhelmed, seating us at an unprepared table after a long wait. Service was nonexistent—no waiter approached us, forcing us to order drinks at the counter. Dessert plans were scrapped as no one came by. Instead of feeling like guests, we felt like intruders. On NYE, the Gala was fine, though overpriced and poorly communicated (e.g., no allergy info or timing details). The next morning, sleep was disrupted by a loud generator under our window. Breakfast was scarce, likely due to a power outage (which was an unfortunate event, and of course the hotel is not to blame for this), but the situation was handled poorly, leaving guests to bear the consequences. Overall, the room, service, and hospitality fell far short of expectations, especially for the price. Despite formally sharing these issues, we've received no response—not even an apology. Regrettably, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Location is nice. Unfortunately, the lake around is still drained -- for a long time if I understood correctly -- which impacts the overall experience.

I can't think of anything. Was a wholly positive experience.

Great location amongst rolling hills and lakes. The hotel is immaculately presented, clean and modern and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming despite my being attired in fly-spattered motorcycle leathers. The food and wine were excellent and the room was very well appointed and had a great view over the countryside. Unfortunately I arrived too late to sample the spa but it looked very enticing. Overall, excellent value for money considering the facilities on offer and quality of the building, services and food.

The restaurant, the scrambled eggs and the sausages and the burger for supper was cold. The Ambiente is that of a refractory. The ensuite bathroom was dirty. I didn't use the shower once, only the ones in the spa. The free minibar scheme is misleading.
