The bed was super uncomfortable. The oldest mattress I have ever slept in. It was deformed. Could not even sleep properly. It was extremely cold in the room and the radiators were not working. The pipes were hot so the building had heating, but I think the radiators were just broken. We tried to switch them on, we turned them to the max, but it did not work.

The check in was easy. Self check in, but super explanatory. Literally took me under 5 minutes to get the key and enter the room.

It was HOT. It was like a sauna, our room was located on the top floor, under the roof, and it was like living in the oven. No fans (and ofc no AC), and in the toilet the floor was so hot it was hurting - i think the hot water pipes were right there under the floor. It was loud - the restaurant on the ground floor closed only at 4 AM, all night people were drinking, yelling and it was quite challenging to sleep with a toddler and grandma. The personal was not available in the morning - we waited for them till 11AM to hand over the key, but noone arrived. Some facilities would be great to have - like kettle or a fan. Overall the interior is a bit worn out, it is ok for its price but could be better.

The room is quite big. We booked a family room, it has two spacious beds, two tables, a small fridge and plenty of drawers. It is located nicely near shops (Lidl, pharmacy) and cafes. Nearby there is a bus station and transport connection is pretty good. Towels, shower gel, parking right near the hotel - all good. It is located quite close to Playmobil, 17 min by car, which is the best quality of this hotel.

We had two rooms. One (on 2nd floor) was fine, but the room on the top floor (I think it was #30) the bathroom is extremely small; the most difficult aspect of this was the shower was difficult to use-- the space is so tight that the shower curtain clings to your wet body, and also hangs so long it got caught in the drain and clogs it. The shower curtain rod was broken and falling down. This room also lacks a hair dryer. There was a small, 2-seater couch but no sofa-bed. Overall, the rooms and building are adequate, but in need of renovation.

The staff were friendly and helpful; they seem to be new to managing the hotel/restaurant but are eager to accomodate their guests. Beds were comfortable; bed linens and towels are good quality and in great condition (like-new). The rooms are simple but comfortable and adequate. Good value for the price. Great location, a very short drive from Playmobil fun park.

It doesn't meet expectations, it's more like a worker's hostel or an occasional refugee hostel. Unpleasant smell, broken equipment, unclean environment. The photos are over embellished, the reality is depressing and depressing.

The name of the hotel was different in the signs. It waa hard to be sure if you are in the right place. Also, it was hard to understand how to get the key of the room. The room was cold, and I could not make it warmer.

No heating in the first night, and the room is too tiny which doesn’t match the price, I asked for cancel the hotel since the third day, I got the reply 2days later,and I can’t get my cancel fee back. Both 2 rooms are not clean, pillow smells bad and there are bugs on the wall.

It’s calm and very relaxing and the Staff is very cooperative. I was traveling for the exhibition Nurnburg and I found this excellent place to stay for 3 days. The rooms are regularly cleaned.

Everything was bad, the bed was worn out, the smell was very bad in the bathroom, you could find bugs in the room, the room was never cleaned, the receptionist was not at her desk when we left, we had to put the keys in the mailbox, the location of the hotel is close to a main street and you can hear the noise of cars in the morning and in the evening, the stay overall was not comfortable at all

The room was small and poorly appointed. Internet was “sketchy” at best. Television did not work. Room looked nothing like the pictures on your website. The noise day and night never stopped…sleeping was awful. No one was there for checkout. As per our message to Booking, key was left in the room (which doesn’t lock if the key is inside).

- worst "Value for money" in my life - photos on booking are much different from the reality - no working lights in bathroom, they knew about it and still did not change the bulb - dirty bed linen - apartment should have 18m2 but in reality it was in maximum just 9m2 (a little bit bigger than the bed) - floor of apartment is made from awful files suitable to garden, cold and dirty floor - noisy in the night - just 3 hour for check-in - they do not speak English - not enough parking places if hotel is full

Above the rooms, below the restaurant with mediterranean cuisine. I don't know anything about the dishes but the beer they offered was great and cold. Yeah!

There was nothing to object.

First of all I would like to mention the friendliness of the host and staff ,secondly the cleanliness of the room and the excellent service in the restaurant and the tasty food.The hotel is situated in a very convenient area since you can walk to the nearest bus stop in order to get to the Centre or travel to Nürnberg. All in all I would highly suggest this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nice stay at a very reasonable price.
