Having to carry cases up to the second floor of the Annex was tiring, luckily one of the waitresses helped us with one but that would be no good for disabled or very old person.

Breakfast was excellent as always - good array of fruits, rolls, cold meats etc. Our double room in the annex was OK with plenty of space. The space was much improved with good pool.

Wellness area is nice, but by the afternoon no free beds to relax in. Other guests just leave their towels to reserve the beds all day it seems. This is obviously not the hotel's fault, just disappointing in general.

rooms may need to undergo renovations soon. I can't say it's bad, but it's hard to say it's very modern and well-kept. sauna closing time was 8 pm. It would be better if it was later. price performance ratio could be better

In the restaurant we sat upstairs at the window, there were some dead bugs and flies lying on the windowsill, Not very appetizing. The food however was very good.

The breakfast is a 5* worthy, Its above every hotel we have ever been in this pricerange. The wellness area is very nice with indoor pool and lounge area. We could plark our motorcycle in a closed garage which i very much appreciate. Nice outdoor terras at the hotel/restaurant building. Food and service was great at the restaurant. Our room was very spacious, up to date and clean.

One person at the front desk was friendly, but grumpy-friendly. I didn’t like the restaurant (at the other part of the hotel, I guess Sonnenhof) where we went for dinner … we had fruit flies in our drinks when they arrived at the table and the spätzle wasn’t as tasty as we had at other restaurants. Not the fine dining I had expected, but not that awful either.

The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was good, we didn’t use the wellness. Possibility to dry your shoes and clothes in the drying room was great and needed. The breakfast was great, and the staff in the breakfast room as well as the housekeeping personnel were very friendly.

Our room was in the other Building second floor without Lift ( don‘t say something about it at the Reservation ) 2/3 min Walk ,to the the Main Building thanks god it wasn’t raining , it is ancomfortable if you want to Go to the Spa area you have to dress you in the other Building Not us the people who stay in the Main Building can change in They room and Go down with a Dressing grow , something what in the side Building not offer at all , all this is not mention at the Moment of booking the room .( is not nice to find all this sorprese if you arrive . If you Star at the Main Building is nice and comfortable for the spa but not if you stay at the side Building .Shout have other Reservation or better explain this at booking better for the Reservation . I feel completly deceived and also the Pool was very cold for the Month of April . For sure will Not coming back .

The best of the hotel is the good and variety Breakfast , the breakfast room is beautiful and comfortable .

Not a family hotel probably. Our room neither had a mini bar to store our toddler's milk nor a kettle to heat it up. We asked the staff if they could help us warm the milk for our toddler's bedtime as well as store the milk in a fridge to which they agreed initially but then no one was available at the desk to help us with the request when we went down. Guests should also note that there are 2 building and they are not adjacent. There's a main building which serves breakfast and a secondary building across the street (50~70m) which has a restraunt and serves lunch/dinner. Inconvenient for people, especially old people. Also, the secondary building does not have lift

Upon arrival, the room was without curtains the refrigerator was not working. The TV set was tiny for a space of that size and it was placed in the corner next to the sofa without the possibility of moving it or fixing it into a suitable position for viewing, thus it was impossible to view the TV if you are sitting on the sofa. Additionally, on TV there are only German language-speaking programs, thus if you do not understand or speak the German language, the TV is useless. Probably they are not interested in foreigners staying at this hotel. When we ask to change the TV to a more advanced one (one where we could use our own USB), the answer was, that they can try but nothing happened, Then we ask to change the room or upgrade it even if we pay more, they told us that the facility is full (which we doubt) and that changing of the room is not possible, since we have already selected and reserve that kind of room!? The facility claims that there are 51 rooms, however, if you go to the indoor pool you can find only 8 (eight) sunbeds. You should win a bingo to get an available sunbed or should be forced to use one outside in the park. Although the notice at the indoor pool stated that the water temperature is 30 C, the water temperature was no more than 26 C which could be a problem for older people. The only good thing at the wellness center was the sauna.

Breakfast was super and it was the only good thing about this hotel that is worth mentioning. The kitchen staff was charming, helpful, and friendly and the variety of food was extremely good. They were the best at the facility.

First, we had to go by outside for the breakfast to the other building - not pleasant at the winter morning. Then, we were seated by personnel to set table, where were crumbs. Curious, if taken in account there were four guests taking a breakfast at the moment. We also did not find the additional cutlery, aside of those prepared at the table, anywhere, prepared to be taken without asking the personnel, for example to use it for salad, fruits etc. We also witnessed the situation, when hot water for tea has came off suddenly, just at the moment, when more guests came to breakfast wanting to prepare a tea. Remembering my own experience as the ex-hotel-manager, I was honestly surprised, how similar situation is even possible, when there was so many personnel present - they should be checking everything continuously. We are also used to the personnel continously taking away the used dishes from the tables. Unfortunatelly, this did not happen here, so we had to give these away to a table next to us, what was not very comfortable - nobody likes to use the other set table this way. Generally said, I assume this is issue about organisation of the work - from owners to managers and from managers to regular staff. The personell was still moving and acted like busy in taking care, but in fact they were merely chaotic and not dull in their obligations at all. Last, the personell at reception, not sure about our home address form, asked about the name, bit slightingly, of our "village". I find this generally unprofessional and impolite. First, if they do not know, how the address is correctly noted, they probably could not know, if it is village, town, city etc. Second, even as I do not expect them to be aware of local geography of neighbours country, it was really funny - especially by the fact we come from the regional capital city with more than 500.000 citizens and the personell from a local hotel in village in literal countryside close to the borders...

We were pleased about the general cleanliness at our room and comfortable beds. Personnel at restaurant was very polite and really competent, we and our friends from the region enjoyed the time spent there. Both dinner and breakfast were good.

Unfriendly staff, sometimes u don't have warm water, the location is far away from everything, the wifi is unstable, no ac or ventilator and the rooms are really hot, we bought ventilator from store.

Room was big and the shower was big.
