I had some mechanical noises from some pipes etc in the room throughout the night which was annoying and occasionally disturbed my sleep. I am sure it was specific to the location of my room. FYI my room was 219.

Everything! I liked the breakfast, pool and sauna. The availability of dinner was also very convenient.

The mattresses were a little too soft to make sleeping comfortable, and the covers were a little heavier than I am used to.

Apparently, I arrived a little later than expected, so I appreciated that the staff made a couple of sandwiches for me for dinner. I also appreciated the help of staff members who provided me with directions to my destination the following day in Chemnitz -- which is not an easy place to navigate. Breakfast was also varied and quite tasty -- and a little outside of what I normally expect for breakfast.

rooms are old especially the bathroom. but they were clean. rest of the hotel was good! dinner was super good, new restaurant just opened the day we arrived. special food regarding fitness and very delicious! so many sports you can do during your stay.

Having a room with windows facing inside the building, exposing you to the whole hotel, and forcing you to use shutters during the day was terrible even by an economic standard. Because of this, I would never visit the hotel again.

The location and facilities were really great. Breakfast was tasty and the bed was comfy. The room was clean as well as the whole complex.

1) had to wait 30mins to check out as there was no receptionist and I was planning a 7am departure. Eventually got away at 740. Receptionist eventually arrived then spent time settling her dog down behind the desk. Mentioned I had been waiting but no acknowledgement or explanation never mind apology 2) Breakfast only started at 8am 3) had an internal room which only had windows blinds which you could see in the room through the gap even when fully closed. 4) only one accessible power point at the door so couldn’t charge the phone / iPad when using it The place has potential but they don’t seem to be set up for long distance travellers. Won’t go back.

Modern facility, nice restaurant, good sport facilities

WIFI is a HUGE problem, I had to work early morning Monday and had huge problems, in the room had barely a connexion and in the lounge lost the connection a couple of times. We had a one-night stay, the restaurant closes on Sundays, the breakfast was poor, the quality poor, and the person of the breakfast was unfriendly and without service skills.

Before our arrival, we called the reception and the man informed us that the restaurant was closed and gave some recommendations about eating on Sunday evening on our arrival.

The room was very dark - there’s only one lamp on the ceiling. The hotel is very poorly marked, we had problem to find the entrance (it turned out that it’s the same entrance as to the sport centre).

We had only one night there, but the hotel is close to the highway which was very important to us. There’s a large covered parking. Good breakfasts.

We loved everything about our stay, but the most - and that is a conclusion of all the 6 family members who traveled - the staff is just excellent! Everyone was so considerate, helpful and nice that we felt like we were in 5 star hotel, really. Special thanks goes to Dominique (sorry if I wrote the name wrong). We definitely are coming back! They have: Tennis, Badminton, Bowling, swimming pool, Basketball, huge and very high standard fitness gym (2 floors!) and many more. Keep it this way, dear Feel Good Club!
