The coffee we tried once with breakfast was a reason to laugh all day... An espresso machine in the room would really upgrade the hotel. They changed my room without letting me know and could not get in with the password key. I sent email, I never had a reply. I tried to call the number on their email but had no answer. Thank God there were some cards at the closed reception desk with a phone number on, which I called and a nice lady replied with the new room number!

The area in Dortmund where the hotel is located is not very nice, really dirty. Hard to find a parking spot on the street. There was nobody at checkin, had to do an online checkin and get a code, this would have been faster if Booking sent an advance information about the checkin process..

Hotel was overall quite good. Breakfast was ok, rooms were nice and clean.

The pillow’s something terrible, like big sponge, unmanageable so end up sleeping without it, woke up wit headache. Then there’s no hot breakfast if hotel not busy, after asking for scrambled eggs was lucky to get it.

No staff at the desk during regular check-in hours. In case that online check-in doesn't work, you'll be locked out, which happened to another person who stayed at the hotel at the same time.

No check-in hassle, online check-in and access code take care of everything. Decent breakfast and quiet rooms. We picked the hotel, because of the walking distance to the Fredenbaumpark.

I arrived at night 02.45(I asked before can I check in at that time and answer was yes,they gave me a code for front and room door)I entered front door without problem,but room door didn`t open.As there is no personal at that hour I called many times to number that was provided when you have problems and finally somebody answered.Then the hotel employee gave me different codes,but the door didn`t open.Then she tryed to open door through internet,but still nothing.It all took more than hour and luckily 1 other room was vacant so I got that room If I ever visit that hotel again,then check in must be at the day time when somebody from personal is also present.

Room was quite small and pillows were extremely flat. Had to fold them over several times but still a little uncomfortable.

Good hotel about a 10-15 minute walk from the main Dortmund station. Was allowed to check in early too when just dropping off our bags would have been good enough but our room was given to us a 10am. Nice breakfast.

Hotel near motorway, a lot of shops around the Hotel. Room is clean, bedding nice and clean. Good breakfast. Staff is friendly. Only one, a bowling next door and it's very busy. But our bedroom windows were to the rear yard so, it was absolutely fine. The garage door is very low, it's not suitable for the car with roof box. 🙂

The location was near the city center but the neighbourhood is not good. The matresses in the hotel are very soft in my opinion.

The car park was very tight to get in and out of, but at least there was one which in the end was very handy.

The room was as advertised, nothing fancy to it. It was clean but very small for 2 adults and a teenager. The hotel is a 15 min walk into the city centre and there are public transport options nearby.

It ia not hotel, just rooms. There is not CCTV so you have no protection. Also there is no reception after 2pm, so If something happen you have to deal with it on your own. I didn't feel safe. The doors looked easy to break in. I didn't feel save.

Clean place. Helpful staff (over the email) as the reception works 7am to 2pm so you are alone at the place. Also they have sent invoice just after I have left the place which is great! Easy check in/out as you have a box to pick up the keys and a box to leave them in.
