The room was lacking some pretty basic amenities, e.g. it was not possible to make a cup of coffee/tea. Outlets were pretty scarce, the bare minimum of toiletries were provided, and some surfaces in the room were visibly dusty. Check-in was a hassle -- nobody was at the reception at 9pm, I had to enter my info into a machine, then I still had to wait for a person (there was no way to summon them, just had to wait), then I was asked to provide some of the same information again. Not exactly a smooth process.

The very commonly used in hotels all-in-one Shampoo, hand and body wash... A separate Shampoo would be nice... But just a minor comment... ☺️

Wonderful breakfast, large room and bathroom, with good storage space. Internet was good even on 3rd floor. The location great with several Option for public Transport in walking distance. However, housed parking was very much aporeciated by colleagues travelling by car . The stuff in the restaurant / breakfast room as well as in the reception totally helpful and kind, always available... and very understanding and kind when I asked for a 15-30 min delayed check-out (strike of public transport and would not make it back from my meeting to hotel on time). Thank you! I also find it nice that they offer either every day or only on-demand room cleaning for environmental and energy-saving reasons.

Perhaps a vegan spread other than sweet jam.

We enjoyed a bright, modern, spacious room with a lovely sitting area and a very private balcony. Everything was super clean and we felt very at home. As a vegan, I was happy that there was enough choice at breakfast for me. The breakfast buffet was attractively presented and the variety of food in general was very good indeed. All the staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to the shops and restaurants and has underground parking. The beds are very comfortable. The room has air-conditioning. It is a very modern and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything. This hotel should be rated at least 4 star. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room and all facilities were immaculate. Breakfast choice was varied and everything well-cooked/prepared. So close to the city centre with secure parking.

We loved the stay, we slept in 4 hotels during our business trip and this one was definitely the best - for breakfast you can choose from so many options, heated floor in the bathroom?! Loved it. really amazing
