It is very good experience. The room is amazing, very good decorations, everything is perfect for a stay. Good communication with the owner, fast responses. Overall it is amazing place for a stay.

The room is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so it is tricky with a large suitcase. That said, it is a minor price to pay considering everything else.

Pretty much everything: the bed was great! The room had a skylight, the kitchen was well equipped. This is a wonderful accommodation.

It was a bit of a hassle to get up the two tall levels with all of our stuff, but I think the roof window made up for it :D

A beautiful building with a magic room. We had a roof window?! Bed very large and comfortable. The shared kitchen was also large and beautiful, (with a roof window!) and has a Miele dishwasher. Such a relief to not have to do the dishes by hand! Shared bathroom was kept very hygienic, and was seriously luxurious with a huge bathtub - very appreciated by me and my toddler to be able to have a proper bath during the trip! Our "neighbours" where also very kind and polite,

the communications with the property was bad. they didn’t answer my messages on booking. also, when we arrived they said they were going to send me the wifi code, which never happened. why don’t leave a piece of paper with it in the room? also, there was no soap in the 2 showers and no face towels. for the price and the kind of apartment, i would expect this.

the location is perfect, just a few meters by walk to the centre of the town. the rooms and the shared bathrooms were pretty clean and tidy, very spacious and with a lot of light from the roof windows.

There were a lot of dust piles under the bed and around the corners of the room. Also, there are no curtains to block the very bright 5am morning sun from the windows in the summer months, so I always had to wake up very early.

Very well done and chic renovations at an old villa. I liked the facilities and the space, especially for the price. The Wi-Fi is fast, and there are many electrical outlets. It is in a convenient location for walking and for taking the tram to the city. The mattress and linens were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

Be aware: we were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We didn't mind but I can image it might be a problem for some.

In the very center, the old part literally around the corner, and yet very quiet. Free private parking in front of the house was really practical. The appartement was basic but very spacious, clean and quite comfortable, certainly for a short stay.

It extended our expantations. The standard was very high, it was beautifully decorated, clean and the location was excellent. The free parking was the main reason for our choice. But we will stay nowhere but here next time we're in Rostock. This was perfect for our mini get-away!

Sometimes it could be quite noisy if other guests are in the apartment.

The hostel is really nicely decorated and well equipped. The room was cozy and charming, with a comfortable bed. It's very close to a tram stop and Rostock old town.
