We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was perfectly located for us, close to the Moselle/Rhine intersection and the river walk, allowing us an enjoyable walk into the town for tourist attractions or along the river for leisure and scenery. Our greeting was lovely by the desk staff on duty. The room was tidy and comfortable. We did have minor issues with room and water temperature, but otherwise it was well equipped. We did not utilize the dining facilities but understood it to be high quality

PortugalI've grown accustomed to having a kettle in the room for my morning coffee - There is no kettle. But, the free drink can go towards a nice cappuccino in the morning.
Lovely hotel, loved the little restaurant/bar/café on the back. The bathroom was super well maintained. It has a great system, that I've never seen before, where you can skip cleaning your room through a QR code and you get a free drink the next day.

The staff were very good and even though the restaurant was closed for a wedding they still provided this single traveller on a bicycle with a meal. The location is about 3km from the city centre.

Room was compact but had everything i needed except aircon so with the window closed it was quite warm. With the window open you could hear the road noise. The hotel was easy to find and about a 20 minute walk into the centre. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and attentive.

it is located in a well hidden place away from the noise. the back of the hotel has a very beautiful garden to sit and enjoy the evening. the bus stop is just outside the hotel for easy public travel. the receptionists are very friendly and professional.

Typical family run German hotel. Very clean and comfortable with a good sized room. Ample free parking and although a bit of a walk out of the city centre there is a bus stop right outside. Helpful staff and a lovely city.

GermanyNice hotel close to city center. It has quite yard where it is possible to sit in the evening and bar serves there. Probably good restaurant because it was fully booked when we arrived, so in case you want to have dinner it is better to reserve in advance. Close to Mosel bank, so it is possible to have a walk along the river. As well it is possible to walk to old city center, but this can take around 40 min.

Location says 2km from town so its fine if you drive but walking it takes longer as its not straight 2km rather a winding road, crossing busy street, going under tunnel etc never the less Koblenz is quite a busy town so the location is perfectly quiet just outside of the busy area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower pressure was fantastic.

GermanyNeed to book table for dinner and would liked to have that information available in the room. No other resturants nearby. Was a kebab shop down the road so got a takeaway and sat down by the river, so all in all still had a good night.
Nice friendly staff. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was very lovely. Location was good. 1.6k walk into Altstad which is very do-able.

small and cozy room, you basically have everything you need for 1 night stay👍 I have to mention that hotel restaurant is phenomenal and I highly recommend it! The staff was extremely friendly and we were late for the dinner but everything was still served perfectly in the beautiful garden!
