We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Every year going on business to the Dusseldorf Boat Show I chose to stay at this hotel. Comfortable room, good breakfast and bar lounge.

KosovoWe have made reservations for 3 single rooms which upon our arrival were already sold to someone else. This was very unprofessional, and this never happened in our very long experience with booking, and we’re really disappointed, because they didn’t even bother to call or email us about that, and on top of all this we had to pay for taxi to and from hotel in the middle of the night.

GermanyAt 6 am some drank people start to knock on the door in a scary way and nobody even cared like it’s normal we were tired and sleeping then 9 am also the housekeeper knocked , and we booked one night per 99 € they asked for 300€ deposit without mentioning that on website they gave it back but still they should mention it first , taking 22 € for parking also without mention that on website .

After making a breakfast reservation at a specific rate upon check-in, the restaurant staff failed to honor it the next morning and demanded a higher fee. What's worse, they threatened to call the police over this misunderstanding. When seeking assistance from the hotel's management (Patrick Bergmann), the manager defended the aggressive stance taken by the restaurant staff. We always intended to pay for our meals, but the lack of professionalism and communication was deeply concerning. Being a reputable hotel, one would expect courteous and understanding service, especially when the mistake could have been on their end. Will think twice before staying here again or recommending to anyone.

GermanyNo air conditioning and they couldn't fix in 2 days. Still summer, so was extremely hot in the room and the "solution" was an old useless fan full of dust. And this was a 4 star hotel. Not even to talk about the extremely rude night receptionist. The free breakfast wasn't enough reparation for 2 terrible hot nights.

NetherlandsI recently stayed at the Dusseldorf Crowne Plaza and was disappointed with my experience. As a 4-star hotel, I had higher expectations. The pool area was closed for maintenance, which wasn't communicated prior to my arrival. Additionally, the minibar in my room was non-functional, and the issue wasn't promptly resolved. These shortcomings left me questioning the hotel's attention to detail and overall quality. I hope that the management takes this feedback constructively to improve their services and ensure a more satisfying stay for future guests.
