Need more dominican food and instead cable a streaming system is much better. No alcohol beer in the rooms.

Beach Party at Night was wonderful, The food was ok. staff were very helpful, Facilities were very clean. The pool is amazing. Would go again if the oportunity presents it self. You could rest at night there really is no noise after 11pm.

We enjoyed the food it was great, the staff is very friendly. The beach and the pool is awesome. The check out time is noon but our flight was at 6.40 PM and we were allowed to stay and enjoy the food ,drinks and everything else until we left. There is a bathroom where you can shower before leaving. That was terrific!!!

While there are many options for dining, the food is a bit bland and could use more flavor. We also had a leak coming from the AC in our ceiling that took 2 days for them to fix once we reported it.

Cleanliness and very friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. Being able to relax with no worries while on vacation is always my goal and the Resort did not disappoint.

Due to weather I arrived a day later than scheduled, was able to contact Majestic, but could not contact Book-it nor the transfer service to notify them. I was able to get transfer at the airport. Although Majestic made effort, they were not able to reimburse me for the day/night lost, informing me that is a Book-it financial decision.

All staff were courteous, friendly, servers remembered patron names, food was varied and some unique, and facilities were comfortable although some updating/maintenance were in order. Beach was clean and maintained. Overall a comfortable stay.

The beach could have been nicer, but that's about it. And a little light on the activity/entertainment side.

Making the reservation through booking.com was our biggest mistake- there was no answer when I called to change my booking, and no response to email. This ended up costing us a significant amount more than what we should have had to pay. I described the food as "the okayest food ever". The only decent meal we had was at the Japanese restaurant. We are not picky eaters but no one in our group was able to find anything on the buffets that was even remotely good.

Beautiful location. Our room was spacious for the four of us and had everything that we needed. There were plenty of activities offered to fill the time if we had nothing scheduled.

The rooms required a key card to enter, and it was less than ideal as we had to carry the keycard around at all times and our room card receiver required many tries before gaining access. We also found the food to sometimes be overly salty (the soups particularly), and the drinks very sugary, but were pleasantly surprised by the dining options overall. There were always bars available to make drinks near all the pools and beaches.

We loved our stay at the Majestic Elegance, particularly because the staff were so careful to ensure we were having a good time. From 24 hour room service, to butler service with a direct line of communication via WhatsApp, we always felt our questions were answered.

Check-in was horrible! We were traveling with a group of 12 including children. We had made requests in advance for extra beds and rooms near each other. We got the rooms moved around after 45 min waiting at check-in. Then we got to our room and the keys wouldn’t work. It took 5 hours to get into our room! To make matters worse, we had to physically move one of the extra beds to another room in a different tower. Literally us in the elevator and pushing it down the hall. For all of our inconvenience we were offered 2 25 min massages. Once again, group of 12 traveling but only compensated 2 of us! Corporate would not do anything beyond the 2 massages!

The denial of early arrival check in even though rooms were available. How is that a good policy? The portions of food in the specialty restaurants were too small.

No many food options at the buffet near the beach. One of the rooms rented for the family smelled moldy all the time, the toilets were uncomfortable and too tall, way too much algae at the beach. Service at the dinner restaurants was not good enough and specially the last day we stayed because all restaurants were closed and only one restaurant was open for all the people that was there, it was a two hour disaster and we ended not eating at all there. The photo service with the hotel, not only super expensive but the pictures were not well taken. Prices start $300 dollars for 15 pictures only and goes on and on. The kids area is so small.

Variety of entertainment, spacious, outdoorsy, open. The rooms had everything needed it. Room service it was even better that going to the restaurant. Good entertainment and shows for the kids.
