Excellent location and great value for the price. The apartment was extremely clean and stocked with everything needed to enjoy it as if it were your own home. Collecting the keys could not have been easier and the host was excellent at communicating and responding very quickly. The added bonus of the roof top terrace and free laundry machines made it that much better.

Loved the way the way Noemi kept us up to date right up to us arriving. No waiting around for the key at all, very helpful. Apartment is lovely, in such a great spot for all amenities. And the private rooftop terrace was amazing. Also so kind to let us check out later. Will definitely be going back soon. Would recommend 100%.

A small aspect that applies to most places in Spain: Personally I like dark curtains in the bedroom but I am aware that these are not common in Spain.

Very nice apartment. Good bed. Bedroom far away from street so good sleep to be expected. Spacious, warm in winter. Friendly hosts with a special surprise. Large TV. It’s really a place to feel good.

Gaston was a great "host" but the text I sent him to say that we were on our way didn't arrive and we had to wait.Apparently this is a common problem in Majorca.

We did cook and I would have loved to have had a spatula, an oven mitt and maybe an ice cube tray.

We loved the location. We loved that it was on the first floor as there is no elevator. The bed was comfy and the windows offered good light. The apartment seemed spacious although it wasn’t huge, but it was bigger than most places we’ve rented in Europe. We loved how close it was to the square. Everything from dinner & drinks to the beach and bakeries were just a few minutes walk. So close to the restaurants of the old town, the castle & cathedral and a few mercats for my husband to buy his beer. Lots of grocery stores within walking distance. The kitchen lacked just a couple of things ( se below ) otherwise , everything we needed was there and it was all lovely, the dishes & mugs were good sizes as were the stemware and glasses. Great set up. Dario was really easy to work with. He was prompt returning messages and offered help, gave us a good tour of the apartment and gave us tips for taxis etc.

The location of the apartment is great! Super close to the water and walkable to the center of the city with tons of restaurants, shopping, and monuments. The apartment is cute, clean and modern with personal balconies and a rooftop. The hosts were responsive and very clear with information and recommendations.

Three steps inside the kitchen and bathroom. Had to be careful when moving around. Had to wash our own towels and laundry was 60 steps up.

Take a sleeping mask if you want to sleep in - the many large windows are wonderful but i couldnt work out the shutters so just wore my mask!

Dario the host really friendly and helpful. He checked in with me on WhatsApp to make sure i was ok which was lovely. Apartment was gorgeous, perfect location and everything you might need including filtered water, great shower, comfy bed.
