- super location - quiet place, right at the beach and the national park, with a lot of parking spaces around and near the city centre but also the supermarkets - excellent buffet breakfast - small but convenient spa and fitness area

The spaciousness of the apartment and its proximity to the beach as well as to the shops, supermarket and restaurants; all within a short walk. The WiFi's speed is also great.

I was visiting my family in Palma area ' but couldn't resist a day out to canpicafort my favourite beaches and town!! even though it was mid November ' the town was quite as it was the end of season ' luckily beautiful weather for the short stay ' it'll be returning regularly in springtime onwards to this paradise low key friendly resort ' without hesitation!!! 👍

Hotel is in an excellent location next to the beautiful beach ⛱ Evening meal and breakfast very good" hotel " very quiet grounds" the small town of canpicafort is around 5 mins walk" having visited canpicafort and Alcudia Bay for over 40 tears' would recommend this hotel and location without hesitation" adjoining prime beach location Great for all age's " almost certainly the islands best beaches ⛱' with lovely coastal walks and boat excursions!!! 👍

Breakfast was basic. Couldn't eat most of it as it was pork products. Considering it was off season the selection was adequate. Same with dinner as it was not halal. Only option would have been fish and it was not worth the €18 asking price. Oats would have been a welcome addition to breakfast.

Spacious room. With lounge and kitchen facilities. Nice sea views. Chef was considerate of my religious needs and washed cooking utensils before preparing my eggs so as not cross contaminate with the ham that was being offered as part of an omelette.

Bed was to soft for me, but couch mad up for it. A la carte restaurant is not good value in November.

Gym is in the same building with the jacuzzi and toilet and because of that the gym is under water all the time and it gets very slippery A bigger variety of the buffet would be nice (food is OK!)

The soft drink selection at breakfast is really poor: no sparkling water and the juice quality should be improved. Waiters are a little hard to reach especially in the morning and even if you find someone they are not always too happy to help you with let’s say selling you proper coffee from the bar. At dinner time it’s better waiting service. The a la carte restaurant is really a disappointment. We expected it to be at par with all other amenities/services but it’s not. If I was the owners I would focus a little more on this service as the restaurant does have potential.

This is a greatly looked after and maintained hotel. It’s not new but you can see they are upgrading it bits by bits and lots of things that are built in are of great quality. Very clean property. Spacious rooms. Great pool and area. Nice ladies at the reception. 2-3 mins walk to the beach. Surprisingly quiet area considering you have bars around. Good with toddlers.

Rooms should have different rates. Not all has nice sea views. We were given the last room near the parking and street and was noisy and insisted change. Not equal treatment for different countries/people. Everything is paid additionally like safe. Food variety should be better for the price. Better food variety- almost all was fried. Only one day there was pizza for dinner and that’s what children eats most. No entertainment for kids.

The gym could of been a bit bigger.

Breakfast is a buffet, with freshly fried eggs and omelets. Both stores and the beach is beside the hotel, and restaurants all around. The pool is good too, there is a cozy environment in the hotel area.

Location of the property is just right on the beach. So quite and relaxing place that we are keep coming back 3rd time. Food as always lovely and fresh.

There are new TV in the rooms but when we stayed there, there was no connection to Neftlix yet (we were told that this was being resolved). It would be helpful if there was (v.) on the plaques with name of the dishes in the restaurant for vegetarian options.

Excellent location close to the beach and promenade. Great bus connections to Alcudia, Palma and the airport. The hotel was very pleasant with spacious room and bathroom. Downstairs of the hotel (lobby, restaurant, pool area, gym) looks newly refurbished. The food was excellent with variety of options. Fantastic waiting service. There was enough sunbeds by the pool at any time of the day (in June). We loved the hot tub.
