How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The pillows: long, rather firm tube shaped pillows. The lobby area had some chairs and tables, but it wasn't very appealing to sit. Distance to the city center was a good 20 to 25 minutes walk. We made the mistake of taking the car to the city center the first night: you loose more time on finding a place to park your car than walking.
Beds were comfortable, airconditioning worked well, staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is not too bad if you enjoy walking. Staff warned us about a certain 'less safe' area nearby. Didn't feel unsafe at any point however. Two large supermarkets are nearby as well as a gas station. Parking is free in the surrounding streets (we didn't have any trouble finding a spot close to the hotel).

This is a perfect hotel when you travel and need to stay overnight. The room was quite large and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant where we could still have dinner even though we arrived quite late and it has spacious parking where you can bring stuff from your park straight to the room. The breakfeast was nice too. We were traveling with two dogs which was no problem and the room even had two doggie beds prepared. We very much appreciated it. Overall, we liked the hotel and the stay.

Not a very good drink selection at the bar no rose wine no pink gin food was just ok nothing special and starters was bought up same time as mains and only had two staff working and had a big group in they was looking after also

My few need there's no electric kettle for making tea I constantly going to main bar for hot water for my partner to make tea this is disappointing or maybe I should have requested for this when I did the booking reservation
I'm happy with the surrounding & the location because I'm used to the area, easy access to city centre & shops

There wasn't a mattress protector on the bed. The bathroom seemed somewhat neglected. The sink tap was loose. The sealant around the bath was very messy and the door was delaminated at the bottom. The gastro bar menu was limited and the drinks were expensive.
The reception staff were very friendly. The carpark was great, very secure. The bed was comfy but we don't enjoy sleeping without a protector on the mattress! The car parking is a good price.

The bath had some mould around the seals which put me off having a bath
It was a great location for the nearby La Fica where we were attending a festival. It had a reasonably priced car park underneath and a lovely bar and restaurant

Typical city hotel in Murcia. Well air-conditioned room. The hotel is located in a well-connected area, but far from the old town (20-30 minutes on foot). Underground paid hotel parking lot.

The breakfast on the first day was poor. Eggs left to go cold and display not being restocked to account for the amount of guests. Quite poor. Second day ,much, much better, but I noticed there was a different Chef! The Gentleman 'front of house' on arrival was pretty stoic, perhaps he was having a bad day! The location is a fair walk (20 mins) to amenities , bars, restaurants etc., bear this in mind, especially if it's high temperatures and humidity as it was on our visit! The best route to the Shops / bars/ restaurants will take you through a particularly 'dodgy ' part of town , so best take another route at night, or get one of the plentiful taxis.
Cleanliness was excellent in the room and public areas. Room was modern and comfortable with excellent air con, needed as it was 42 degrees out there!

The bed was a bit hard, but not too much.
Very clean and pleasant hotel. The bathroom is fully equipped. It is 20-25 min walk from the center.
