Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The matrices were just terrible. In mine I could feel the bed springs and they made a noise every time I moved. Just awful, I slept badly... The beds were curved in tHe middle.. it's a shame because a reasonable sleep is the only thing needed from a hotel! If it wasn't for the mattresses I would have given it at least a 9
The location was perfect, the room was big and spacious. We did check in online and could open the doors from our phone-that was a great touch! We also got a key card and both methods were very convenient. room had an air conditioner which was well needed in the Salamanca summer heat. Also they had a fridge and bottled water that we didn't expect but really needed!

It's hard to find it by car on Friday evening - the street is blocked by the tables of the restaurants and one cannot reach the place by car. The accommodation is pretty basic but that's not a surprise considering the price. The beds are not really comfortable however this is subjective. The parking lot is very small ad it's hard to park due to lack of maneuvering space. Also, the parking is quite expensive and you cannot book it for a part of your stay, you have to book it for your entire stay even though the parking on the street is free on Saturday afternoon and on Sundays.
The location is great - very close to the central square, shops and restaurants. The price was quite ok. The personnel is friendly and ready to help. Only those 3 are enough to recommend this place.

Excellent position for a city visit and easily found using GPS. I was travelling by motorbike and the garage facility kept it dry and secure. Plenty of cafes and bars in the vicinity so lack of provision in hotel not a problem.

There was only one plug for charging devices in the entire room, and the noise from the hallway and the street was very noticeable
this hotel was close to all the main attractions, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was comfortable

No parking available. Had to park somewhere else and pay very expensive prices. But in general this seems to be an issue in Salamanca? And it was very noisy. But not all the Hotel's fault...other people.

Room was very small but sufficient for me as a solo traveller. Location of the car park is very unclear and confusing. Despite having photos I couldn't find it and have to drive into a pedestrian area 😬 Devise better directions or put a sign up maybe. Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep in
Liked the location as it's very central and the staff were very nice and helpful. A short walk to the plaza mayor and beside some good night life but you don't hear it.

very small room..no natural light... the shower went from hot to cold constantly...
the check in was fine.. used the app, but there was a girl at the reception who looked after me..car park for motorbike was 9 euro per night which was fine.. garage just around the corner .. can't ask for a better location overall very good

We did not have hot water, our beds were uncomfortable, our AC system didn’t work.
The staff was really nice and the location was incredible. Right next to the Plaza Mayor and all the local restaurants and bars were just a two minute walk away.
