The hotel's rooms directly next to us were being renovated so had to listen that during the day. Parking is nearly impossible. Had to drive around for about 1/2 hour to find somewhere.

Inturotel Hotels in Cala D'or have excellent amenities, are clean, with friendly helpful staff. Love the little beaches although crowded as expected. Breakfast buffet has huge amount of options.

A lot of families with small children visited this place so it can get loud in the dining area - but this is not very disturbing when you’re used to that.

They had switched heating in rooms off as now summer mode has they class it, but it was freezing on an evening in the rooms, this was the only negative point about the whole holiday

Amazing location beautiful views from our room. Room was brand new very spacious shower was amazing. Kitchen area was a real bonus. Small supermarket built into hotel,entertainment put on at hotel entertainment area even in April which was another plus. The restaurants on the main strip are 2 mins away. Just a great great place

I couldn’t get a coffee anywhere on property before 10am.

Staff were super friendly and professional including cleaners & restaurant staff. Loved the beach & the beach bar, big space and lots to do. Very close to town and wonderful restaurants. If your a sea swimmer this is the place to be :)

Two single beds put together not comfortable, double bed would have been a great improvement. Lamp above dining table too low and in the way. Safe didn't work. Would have preferred information on notice boards rather than on the app as WiFi created difficulty accessing the information.

Beautiful beaches and coves easily accessible. Comfortable sun loungers. Pleasant staff. Good hot showers.

Was a shame we didn’t know about additional charges for the safe, the iron, beach towels, and sports facilities as we could have factored this in advance. No microwave but had a hob, kettle, toaster and a fridge so worked well for us.

Self catering apartment was clean, had everything we needed so no complaints at all. Facilities were great, mini golf and pool bar were excellent.

The room was noisy, constant humming noise, and seemed particularly loud at night. Several leaks in the corridors after rain. Towels in place for days..

Came back after 10 years and I can see not much investment in to the rooms. Broken kettle in kitchen, one of the light bulb in bedroom not working,( from very begging of my stay, so should be checked before new guests move in) bathtub with lots of scratches (very dark so visible), leaking toilet (sometimes after flush water was leaking sometimes not).

My kids and I have tricky eating needs due to celiac disease and milk intolerance. The kitchen staff were exceptionally understanding and helpful. They made sure my kids had something they really wanted to eat, every mealtime. The location was fantastic. Stunning beaches and an easy walk into town.

In order to use the safe we had to pay an additional fee at the reception. How ridiculous is this for a hotel that charged us euro 250 per day? The water of the small bay is very dirty. The hotel staff could clean it daily as a courtesy for its tourists, who otherwise have no other option to bathe than the two pools full of people. The water in the pools gets very dirty by the end of the day, the hotel stuff should pay attention and clean it periodically during the day.
