Can’t think of anything, perfect family holiday.

We stayed on a half board basis. Always plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner and always piping hot. Dinner at busy times was sometimes difficult to find a table for a family of 4, outside where we preferred to eat, the restaurant staff went out their way to accommodate us. Rooms were lovely, beds a bit hard but spotlessly clean.

Loved the buffet and facilities. Location was perfect on a great beach. Bars and restaurants surround it. Spot on.

Absolutely nothing!

Our 5th trip back to the resort. It's as good, clean, friendly & as great as the first time we came. We like the whole package of the hotel. We always stay in the junior suite with the upgraded bathrooms which is always worth it! They are super nice!

Beds could be more comfortable and room safe should be available at no extra cost. The music played throughout the day at the pool area was very repetitive so would suggest that this be changed on a daily basis (except for the Animation team theme song)

Food all of same high quality as when we last stayed at this hotel. Grounds, swimming pools and tennis courts all really well maintained. Animation team were excellent - all very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful like all staff members at Los Jameos Playa. Decor in Reception, Piano bar and Salon Berlingo all refreshed since our last visit back in 2019 and were looking great.

Would it be possible to significantly reduce the intensity of the musical animation around the pools? Or else to play pleasant soft music like the one played in the wellness centre ? This would certainly allow people to rest or better relax in a calm atmosphere.

The staff in general is always smiling and willing to be helpfull. Our room was large, very comfortable, clean, calm, the beds perfect, the terrace very sunny and the view on the seaside very pleasant. We have enjoyed the swimming pools, the sauna and the beauty of the gardens very well maintained. On top of that, we would like to pay a special tribute to the exceptional competence of the chefs and cooks who have delighted us with very varied and tasty theme evenings.

Breakfast and dinner, always a good selection of food and beverages to cater for all diets. Dinner had themed nights( countries of the world) so at least there was always something new in the selection. The Rooms are very clean well services daily if you require it.

The hotel has lots of comfortable seating areas, a really nice spa which was nice and quiet while we were there, a good games room and the food was excellent. Staff all very nice. Rooms had air con and it was quiet at night. Fabulous beach just outside

The staff went above and beyond to help the rooms were cleaned everyday bed linen and towels changed the pool was tested regularly and cleaned the hotel itself was kept very clean

Our room was next to a service corridor, so sometimes we could hear staff in the morning pushing carts around, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

All the staff were fantastic. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Brilliant for couples and kids alike. Facilities for everyone, entertainment to suit all ages. The buffet was always stocked no matter what time you attended, and the selection was massive. Will definitely return. 5 Stars.

Would recommend this hotel , very clean hotel , very spacious room .Freshly made cocktails were really good ,especially in the piano bar !All the minerals were from glass bottles which is so rare .Kids loved the crepes and waffles station .Great kids club with a mini playground next to it . Its a great resort for kids of all ages ,Food in general was very good , the usual wait for certain stations. One thing I would suggest is to have chicken nuggets/Clouds for kids on every lunch and dinner ( pizza and burgers were only served once ,which again should be on more for kids .They did have rotisserie chicken which was a hit. Would stay here again ( check in and check out was very good ) got a room to shower as flight was later in the day and got to use all the facilities ! Well Done Seaside Los Jameos

Everything.. Brilliant staff, welling to help at all times. brilliant facilities, the best food I ever had in a hotel. Rooms classy and big. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend and if coming back to lanzarote would stay at this great hotel..
