We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur apartment no 33 was a bit dated and located at roadside and noisy at times with traffic and people talking on pavement. Our balcony was small. I would happily return but I would request another apartment.
Extremely good value for money as we paid a very low price. Staff very friendly and helpful, location very good for shops, beaches and centre of Costa Teguise. Great swimming pool and good that can use the lovely pool of Camels spring across road where there is a pool bar. Both pools are heated to 27° which was a nice surprise. Plenty of sun beds. Good WiFi which was free. Free safe. The private taxi company, which staff booked for us, were excellent. Given a late check out which was appreciated.

Lovely place and lovely people pool was warm! Very helpful staff! Gave us a ground floor apartment as requested! Only thing is the apartment was dated but had everything you need only thing they didn’t have was an oven but we managed fine for 9 nights

Great location, 2min walk to beach and Less than 10min walk to town. Go across the road to Camel springs to use the pool, it’s far more scenic and has a cheap pool bar serving food and drinks much cheaper than the town.

Ukraine-Protection for the mattresses are waterproof, in accordance with the temperature outside it isn't comfortable! - Not enough stuff in the kitchen. - No ventilation,no hooks in the bathroom, any shampoo or shower gel, one tiny piece of soap for 3 people for a week)))) - soundproof is weak.
Amazing location,near the beaches, a few supermarkets and restaurants are withing the walking distance. It's not a new apartment but is kept clean and tidy. Absolutely friendly and helpful staff are trying to organise your holidays in the best way. In early April the temperature was 23-29°C, water in the sea was 19 ich, in a swimming pool maybe 24)

United KingdomThe owners are refurbishing the rooms, when all completed I’m sure will be a lot better. We had an unfurbished room. Our room was tired, with old furnishings, uncomfortable settee/spare bed, we only needed as settee, really needed some cushions. Bedding was poor, scratchy blanket and dated bed cover. Towels were a bit thin, change of towels after 8th night, were better.
Sea view top floor was great. Staff/management very friendly and helpful. Hair dry supplied free on request. Free Wi-Fi and safe. Beds were comfortable. Pool area very nice, plenty of sun beds and umbrella’s. Great location, close to few good restaurants, supermarket and short walk to sea front. Could also use the facilities and pool bar across road at Camel Springs. Would go again but would request a refurbished room.

Great location 5 mins walk to shops bars and restaurants. Plenty room round pool never a issue getting a sunbed you can use facilities at camel springs across the road which has a snack bar and heated swimming pool.rooms were a bit outdated but we're clean and tidy and plenty of appliances to cook your own dinner. Excellent value for money

Alberto at reception organised our taxi both to and from the apartment and as usual all went like clockwork, If you have any question about anything related to the accommodation you will get it answered at reception

We are a family of four and had a very enjoyable stay for a week. It was great value snd is exactly as it states, basic but clean and spacious.we had all we needed. Close to beach and restaurants Pool was lovely. Staff very helpful sorting transfers and trips,We will hopefully return.
