The cups and glasses in the room were not replaced with clean ones each day during housekeeping.

Quiet hotel in an excellent location. Close to the bus station for trips to Barcelona, and close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The mattress protector had a plastic coating & I have a eczema had to remove to sleep, too hot.

Beautiful rooms,, great bathroom with huge bath! There was a nightclub about half a block away but couldn't hear a thing, great sound proofing. Great location & lovely Belgian woman on reception.

Masseuse was little too chatty.

Good variety of breakfast food, including hot food and fresh fruit. Staff efficient and quite friendly. Clean room and nice little balcony which was useful for drying beach towel. Air conditioning worked well. Massages easy to book.

The hotel is located near the beach, 3 minute walk. Near it there are some restaurants, bars where you can taste the local food. Level of cleaning is 10 of 10. The staff is very friendly. The bus station is 3 min walk from the hotel from where you can take the bus to Barcelona if you want to visit it, or you can take the bus to Barcelona airport. The breakfast is diversified and you can also take lunch or dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The port and city center are 20 min walk.

What I really hate about this place - it's strange wifi connection, always was disappearing and made me really nervous, bc I had to work.

Clean rooms, big comfortable bathroom and huge balcony with a nice mountain view. Can't tell nothing about food and spa, because I didn't try it. Grateful for host to help with taxi the last day

Pool area is quite small so if the hotel is busy, there are no sunbeds available! The options at dinner are limited and normally not warm enough!

There were some little things that they could improve. For example tea assortement at the breakfast was very low quolity (I had to buy better tea bags from a supermarket) and nobody wants to eat very overcooked boiled eggs! Please do not cook the eggs more than max 10 min (even less would be enough). There was also some problem with the car park which I had booked in advance and they had confirmed it. When we arrived first thing they said was that there wasn’t free P-places and they didn’t have any reservation from us. It wasn’t a nice start and I had to demand for the P-place. Then somehow they managed to arrange that for our car - and propably that is why we got the upgraded suite. All and all we enjoyed our 6 days holiday in Blanes. The location is near the center and beach but now there was very loud amusement park quite near which causes terrible loud noises till very late. Also the public parking area was full every day because of that amusement park. I’d recommend the hotel private parking if you travel by car.

We got nice little top floor suite which had a big terrace. The personnel spoke good English and were really helpful and nice. Quite near the beach, only 5 min walk.

Absolutely nothing.

Excellent location. Restaurants, beach and bus station less than five minutes walk. Fabulous aircon, comfortable beds and good view over the the pool from our balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The area where the hotel is located seems unsafe. We left the room at 6 o'clock because of the flight and at that time there were people on the street who were shouting and making noise. Another aspect that we didn't like was the fact that they don't provide quilts, but only some blankets that are not suitable for a 4-star hotel from our point of view.

It is a lovely hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The reception staff was kind.

But the bed is not so confortable, and there is no hook in bathroom, which is inconvinient. There is only one bin in bathroom, but not in living room.

Big and clean room. Temperature control is perfect. Location is good, easy to reach restarants, beach, and supermarket. Staff is kind, can speak a bit english.
