Drinks are a little expensive. Booked a taxi to Palma through reception. He tried to charge us a 8 euro hotel booking fee, although he was already waiting outside when we asked to call a taxi. Disappointing that we were not told this at reception before the ride or that we were possibly being scammed by a taxi that the hotel advised.

The only thing I didn't love about the room was that the bathroom (mainly the shower) wasn't well separated from the rest of the room. Also I wish room service was open later, it closed often before I was even hungry for dinner.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was always very helpful and kind throughout the duration of our stay. The amenities provided on the property were more than wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. Wonderful food, drinks, etc. The location was also perfect and had everything we needed within walking distance, and a bus stop 2 minutes away for anything else.

The TV in the room had no english channels available, we were told it was a german area only so they don't cater for english channels. The aircon is a central system and only gets switched to cooling from 1 May, which would be good to know before hand. There was no coffee station for morning coffee in bed / on the balcony, apparently this is available in the upgraded rooms (we had side sea-view room), but also the restaurant staff was very accommodating with this. The pools were cold.

breakfast was amazing, more than enough choice and the morning staff were superb. Location is probably the best in terms of distance from bar street and beach area in front of hotel. The room size, shower, view etc. was as advertised, very nice. The thermal spa area is very nice to go relax after the beach.

The only minus was that due to very strong wind during our stay, the terrace/balcony door vibrated and produced noise.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nice and clean room with great seaview. They recommended us a rentcar company with which we were very satisfied. There is a public bus stop 2mins away for buses to city center and airport. Don’t miss the upper deck pool and sea view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very minor thing - the bathroom light is on a sensor and automatically switches off after only a few seconds.

Location - directly opposite beach, beside plenty of shops/ restaurants, easy to get to airport and Palma. Lovely massage in hotel spa. Food at pool was lovely and staff throughout hotel very professional.

 The staff was excellent. We didn’t get her name but the girl on the morning we left at 6 AM helped track down my wife’s phone as it was left behind in the taxi. We were at the airport and I called her and she did everything she could to track it down. We can’t thank her enough for her efforts and getting the form back to us at the airport again, thank you very much!

All was perfect!

Perfect location in front of the beach, the rooms are very modern, spacious, all works greatly, Toiletries are good quality, as well as the breakfast (Very diverse, changing each day). You can request your own omelette. Staff is amazing, Angie took care of us and she is adorable and very helpful!! I will be back for sure!

The beds - horrendous - very hard and uncomfortable and this is my 6th visit to Negresco and I can honestly say I don't think I would return now due to this which is such a shame - both beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable They have changed opening the outside restaurant terrace to 9am now which is a shame as we always like to eat early outside. Music around the pool area - very repetitive, same songs playing on a loop and can get annoying when you spend all day around the pool. Upstairs no longer has a bar unfortunately, but I think they are planning to reopen this next year

We had a beautiful panoramic sea view room. Breakfast as always was a delight - lovely happy welcoming staff and food was superb. Spent an hour in the spa which was excellent value for money Location - what can I say - you cannot get much better than this 10/10

This is partially out of control of the hotel but we had an electrical car and the company who provides electrical charging in the hotel parking wasn't working. The hotel couldn't help.

Breakfast was rich and tasty. The location was extremely nice! Right next to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, supermarkets and even shisha lounge. Affordable car parking on site. Very convenient. The sea view room had stunning views. The staff were very friendly Recommended hotel.
