I had a high floor room with a massive bay window and a large balcony which I couldn’t use much as cold time of year. My only regret was I couldn’t see the sea unless I was standing up in the room and especially I couldn’t see the beach which was blocked by the edge of the balcony unless I was leaning over. The doors slamming can be a little loud as people don’t hold them up.

Nice bright and pleasant room with a large window. The sleepers and bathrobe was a bonus. Shower was amazing. The kettle in the room was a very nice addition. Location is perfect, overlooking the beautiful Riazor beach.

The shower was a bit tricky. Not easy to change from bath to shower. And it did not drain properly.

Location was excellent! The ocean views from our room were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for clothes and toiletries.

I would have looked some information in the room about the places in the city and some information on the facilities of the hotel. For instance, we would have ordered room service but could not find if it was available or not

The food its good but bussiness at the restaurant would improve (i beleive) if they offered some of the typical and very basic things like spanish omelettes and tablas of embutidos, even caldo gallego, cadeirada, paella, pulpo gallego...the location is fantastic so i would bet if they did, bussiness at the restaurant could boom! Also, the lighting its wrong. They have an amazing view but really dont make use of it on the restaurant. Its too bright, so when its dark, you cannot see the beautiful beach and bay... Just better thought lighting would make a huge difference. Other than that, i dont fault it but would be very top 5 start with relatively small changes. I would always go there anyhow.

Its an excellent hotel but there is always room for improvement....

Our booking.com host cancelled and left us stranded. We re-booked at Hotel Riazor with zero notice. The staff were understanding and friendly, including at the restaurant - where our waitress was awesome! Room and facilities are very high quality. All this turning a disappointing experience into an excellent one.

We had an issue with our toilet blocking which wasn’t ideal but was just one of those things that happens. Staff quickly moved us to another room, as well as helping us move our stuff and hang our clothes.

You can’t get better views. Waking up to the sound of the sea is just the best. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a massive choice for everyone. The hotel is perfectly located for walking around the city with the city centre only a short walk away. Have stayed here multiple times and can’t recommend it enough.

The view and the fact that you can actually open a window, safely. Also that there was a bath tub and a kettle (instead of an overcomplicated machine)

Lovely Hotel by the Riazor beach. The location is great. We stayed in a 3-person family room and a double room with views of the beach. They were both very spacious rooms, neat and very clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great quality and variety of products. The service was also great. Hotel staff were always very kind and helpful to our family. We will stay here again in the future.

The ocean view room was well worth the price. Comfortable beds and plush giant towels. Water temperature perfect and bathroom large enough for two people to maneuver inside. A great experience in Galicia will be coming back as soon as possible.
