We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

it was convenient for the place we had to be. Welcome was fine and the room was also fine, although much too hot. I would think you could leave the rooms at 20degrees, they wouldn’t take long to heat up if you wanted them hotter…. The meal in the evening was ok although a little strange, as we were expecting the usual Campanile buffet type dinner. There was a confusion the next morning about the bill but it was eventually sorted out without problem. On the whole à good stay although in a sort of ‘weird’ position!

UkraineNo soundproofing, I couldn't sleep because I heard one neighbor throwing up and another talking on the phone all night. The bed was uncomfortable, very creaky and it was on wheels.
The location: the hotel is located in the green area not so far away from the autostrada so it was more or less convenient to get there. Also it's nice that the hotel accepts travelers with pets (even for an additional charges).

United KingdomNot enough pillows, the room had a fan which wasn't very cooling at all. There seems to be some flooding somewhere because the floor near the wall was damp. Reception were unacommodating, we had a weeding to go to at 4pm and they wouldn't let us check in til 3pm.
Breakfast/restaurant area was very clean and well presented.
