The room doesn’t have its own mini fridge but there’s one in the common kitchenette all the rooms can access. Wasn’t sure if there was an iron on the property.

The location was great! Many cafes and restaurants within a 5-10 min wak and most key sights were easily accessible by a metro (5 min walk). The rooms are of a good size and very clean.

The bathroom without door was quite weird and inconvenient especially for non-couples sharing the room.

The receptionist, Elenita, was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. Access to the building and room without keys was also very convenient.

I didn’t realise the bedroom would be facing the main road and next to the main door of the property. I am noise and light sensitive and the street lights and garbage trucks woke me at 6am. The front door clicks and clangs The floor above was also making noise and so on. Windows can’t be open and there are no windows in the reception area and not really a place to sit around. The lights are very dim on the landing area and as a woman aloe it felt creepy coming in at night alone. The coffee shop next door is a rip off- €6.80 for a cappuccino. Walk two minutes and way cheaper.

The room cleaning was not good. There were few electrical outlets in the room and hard to find them. The room was small compared to the expense.

It has a self login system. You don’t need to be in the hotel in a limited time period

A few issues with not cleaning our room and towels but overall it was a good stay.

It is a great spacious room for Paris! It isn't a hotel as there is no 24 hour service, and I was nervous about this but using the code was fine and there is also a lovely cleaning lady who was able to assist. Loved the street it was across from, heaps of restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance. And the breakfast was so good and great value!

The front door onto the road was broken so there was no lock. When we arrived the power was down and the lift not working. Spoke to the staff at the hotel and they were not helpful.

Even though the ac was cold, my unit made a buzzing noise every few minutes. Since the hotel is so close to the metro and on a main road, the rooms facing the street are loud. I had to wear earplugs. There is no reception at all; only housekeeping to help but only till 1pm. The double bed is really two twin beds pushed together. The room is really compact. My room, room 2, shared a door with another room so i could hear them talking every time they came in. No fridge in the room.

The hotel is very close to Sentier Metro station and the tourist sites. The ac was cold and the wifi was fast. Housekeeping spoke English and was very helpful and friendly. There is a safe in the room.

The only thing I would say is that at times the lighting in the main bedroom was a little dark when getting ready, I didn't mind it but I can imagine it would annoy some!

We had a great stay at Casao, the communication was excellent even before our stay. Our room was ready ahead of the 3pm check in as they knew we were arriving early. The room was small but prefcetly form and all you would need for 2 people, the shower was great. The location is fantastic and nothing really is further than a 30 minute walk away. The customer service is really what sets this place apart though, on an early departure I accidentally left my purse in our room, on contacting them, it had been found and they have returned it to me in the UK at no extra charge! Would definitely come back and stay again!

Love the apartment hotel. Clean and modern looking. We received a message and told us that the lift was down. The staff was really nice, warm and helpful, help us with the luggages and aircon fixing on the same day. Thankfully the lift was fix on our last day of stay. We have digi-code access to our apartment and to our room too.

the wardrobes were dusty so we didn’t want to put our clothes in, not a deal breaker but could have just been avoided. can’t comment on staff as we never seen any we only seen one member on the last day but we don’t speak french and she didn’t speak english but our interaction with her was pleasant nonetheless :)

location was really good right next to a metro and busy neighbourhood. would stay here again for that. liked how although was in a busy area it was quiet hotel. but wouldn’t recommend if noise bothers you as it the outside noise does wake you up in the morning due to how busy it is but that didn’t bother us at all.

The best location in Paris infact. Located in an upclass neighbourhood, many bars, restaurants and close to tourist attractions like Louvre. Calm checkin process, Independent hotel , staff free with comfort amenities, cleanliness is top !!!

Paris was exceptional hot whilst we were there and the air con in the room was fantastic! The bed was very comfy and I did think that that being on a busy main road with a restaurant underneath was going to be noisy but it wasn't. It was a great location to walk to places or to jump on the metro.
