If you come by bus at Chamonix Sud Bus station, and with baggage, it's a 20 minutes walk. Hotel could have given instructions how to get to the hotel using the local bus (They didn't know even after we get there how to properly take the bus, timetables, and so on). The city has a strong position on sustainability and don't traveling using your own car. Staff should know inside out every way to get everywhere.

Location is great just a few hundred meters from center. Rooms have decent size, we were traveling with a 4yo and had a separate space for sleeping in a single bed. Bathroom is big an comfortable. Also has a great jacuzzi outside with a great view. Staff is helpful and kind, and also breakfast was good for the price.

Location is perfect with absolutely stunning view from each room. Just few steps from main square. Booking La Sapiniere guarantees you that you will have great view from the balcony. Staff is doing outstanding job. Everyone is helpful, welcoming and nice. There is a jacuzzi outside the building - definitely a must do after long day. Room was simple but clean and comfortable. We also had massage chair inside our room.

It got quite hot in the room, but we visited during a heatwave.

The view from this hotel was the best view we had during our stay in Chamonix without hiking! They had made the most of the location, with plenty of lounging options (like hammocks and a spa outside), meaning we could relax and take in the scenery. It was also a short walk from the centre of town but in a quiet location, making it very pleasant. All of the staff were very hospitable and friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced for the area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm coeliac and they handled my GF needs well (the draught beer happened to be GF naturally we discovered: bonus!). The room worked really well for the three of us and we loved the balcony looking across to Mont Blanc and watch the paragliders land in front of the hotel. One of the few hotels we've stayed in where we chose to spend time in the room rather than elsewhere indoors. A very quiet spot while only a short walk from the town centre. Sad to leave.

This was one of the best Hotels I stayed in mu life! The view is amazing, the hosts are friendly, breakfast is unique offering local produce! You have a view of Monte Blanc whatever room you have! Excellent!

Excellent location near ski lifts / ski pass hut and near shops, ski hire shop and restaurants etc lovely nicely furnished hotel with very kind, helpful, welcoming, attentive owners and staff, everything was very well set up for skiers with ski room and warm boot room bedrooms clean, modern & very comfortable beds and pillows. good hot showers. balconies with beautiful mountain views and very hot relaxing hot tub with mountain views excellent breakfast with good selection of food, catered well for special dietary needs would definitely stay again, thank you for everything!
