Finding a parking could be a challenge, especially in the evening when public parking is free. Also, apartment has only 2 windows which is a bit unusual, especially waking in complete darkness.

Good location, very well equipped. Two bedrooms with two separate showers is definitely a bonus. Public bus stops are within 2 minute walk.

We liked everything :) recently reformed flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms, very well located in the village center with very easy access to the port / beach area, nice view from the salon window :) very good attention from the owner and very nice cleaning lady the last day. Only 19 km from Nice so Uber fare around 29 Euro very good too.

A nice apartment, very clean and equipped with everything needed. There are two bathrooms with a shower and one with a toilet, which is very practical. I would stay here again.

When we arrived. the house was not cleaned after the previous guest left. We had to call the owner and they quickly arranged someone to come and clean the appartment.

It was a good property close to park for kids and easy access to the groceries next door. The facilities were all good

The second bedroom was a bit gloomy but good for sleeping.

The property was quite large and well equipped. There was a washing machine as well. The owner was very helpful and responsive to requests . It was in a great position near the stairs to go down to the port and beach! !

There is nothing not to like about the space. The only thing to be mindful of is when using the Nespresso machine and beautiful espresso cups, they only fit the single shot setting on the left. A long espresso shot will overflow. Overall, each member of the family HIGHLY recommends this space.

In short, great host, good location and a beautiful and clean space for a family. The host: Quentin was very friendly and hospitable. Our train arrived late in the evening and the host was so kind to meet us at the station. His communication was consistent, easy and clear. Location: It was at a very convenient location away from the busy coast. The bus stop to central Nice and Monaco was just outside, a minute walk away. Easy to find and a short 5-10 min. walk to the water and Villefrance-sur-Mer. The Space: The space was newly renovated with three defined rooms. There is a door that divides the living room from the hallway, which provided privacy for the one(s) sleeping there. Furthermore, the others wouldn’t feel like they’re disturbing others for a bathroom break. There is 1 toilet and 1 shower room in the hallway and another shower connected to a bedroom. The bedrooms were a good size for two a people with good storage space. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. There’s a full size kitchen with a beautiful clean fridge, dishwasher and stove. Bonuses: Espresso machine with pods provided. Each room has their own thermostat which I thought was a great attention to detail!

This condo has a rather unusual setup for bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a normal good sized bedroom with a big window and lovely view. The other smaller bedroom does not have an outside window. In some countries it would not be legal to call that second room a bedroom. The listing says there are 3 bathrooms. There are two bathrooms with only shower and sink/cabinet. Those two bathrooms have no toilets. The third bathroom has a toilet and sink. This was not that great for 2 couples sharing a condo. We also found there were some maintenance issues. Some of which were able to be addressed quickly.

The location was fabulous! The condo had lots of room.

Firstly, it must be said that most of the below can be fixed by the host and would then cease to be a problem. Hopefully, they will do this and raise future scores. Due to much of the apartment having no windows it could feel a little dark and enclosed. This meant it got stuffy as the air con had been preset, giving us no control over it (although I did try!) Which, as you can imagine, made the nights feel rather clammy and airless in the windowless rooms. Although it definitely was listed as part of the equipment, the dishwasher did not work. Having to wash up after each meal was irritating and there was only a single tea towel provided for the duration. There was a shortage of cookware, with no frying pan. This made cooking at the apartment problematic. (Great fridge, though, which was fab.) The toilet seat was broken, something the host said she was aware of. It would have been a small thing to ensure that had been changed / fixed before our stay. Instructions for the washing machine would have been helpful to allow me to do express washes etc. As said, these are all small, fixable things that would make the next visitor's stay even more pleasant than ours. Don't be dissuaded from.staying here. There's a lot about this location to love.

The apartment is central, next to a lovely bakery and some small, useful shops. A 5 min walk to the old town quay and restaurant area, and a further 5 minutes to the small but sweet bay of beach. The apartment had only two small windows but one looked out with a partial sea view. Everything was clean and 2 sets of keys were provided which is very useful. Great for transport, very near the bus and a short walk to a great train line for exploring the coast.
