My apartment room was clean well kept with all necessities I needed. it was in order and security perfect. my window view was kool. curtains were as dark as i prefer sheets and bed clean with additional covers if it got cold.

We asked the bin to be changed, and they said the bins get changed ones a week. We asked for a clean towel on our second day. They asked for extra money for it. There was no air conditioning in the room, and we were there when the weather was 30 degrees. Thankfully, they provided fun, but it was not cool enough, and this affected the quality of sleep we had. The service was not worth the price we paid as even the toilet papers you have to ask them and they would give you one st a time.

The location and staff were really good and friendly. The room is very useful It had a small kitchen with cooking equipment in it. As well as microwave. So, it is convenient.

Best value for it's price, many things can be borrowed for free at a reception, or bought right there for your convenience. Plus, a pool!

Breakfast can improve. You can boil your egg as long as you wish though it takes very long if the boiler is not on. It would be great to have some water-boiled eggs and scrambled eggs on the menu. Any other optional warm food on the breakfast menu is a plus.

Lovely and accomodating Staff. Thank you very much, Edris, and I hope to see you again! The location is great due to the accessibility to the subway station. There is a swimming pool and you can even cook your own food in the hotel apartment.

When I booked I chose the option to pay at the hotel but then the hotel forced me to have the full money on my card and they put a hold on it. When I arrived they asked to provide a credit card so they can again charge my card without releasing the hold, and as that was a debit card, I had to have double of the price on my card, as they already put a hold and there almost zero balance on it. After a long conversation, I convinced them that as they already put a hold on my card they can basically charge it instead of asking or double pay.

Breakfast was super basic and a very small area. There was no hand soap nor shampoo in the room. We were there for 5 night and not once did they come clean the room. Usually I actually prefer people not coming in the room but after night 3 it would have been nice to have some clean towels and toiletries.

It was close to a metro so in around 30 min you would be in the center. Friendly staff. Breakfast was available until 10:30h.

The hotel room was very old and drabby, wasn't renovated probably for at least 20 years (renovations are planned this year, as announced in the elevator). The furniture, especially the wardrobe, was very run-down. The bathroom washbasin was clogged and didn't let the water pass, which made morning exeperiences quite unpleasant.

The staff was helpful and friendly and the room was clean.

Stained carpet, so make sure to bring your slippers or Crocs. The water in the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly.

The great value for the money! The location is just a few blocks from the metro with about 30 min ride to most attractions. A good variety of restaurants around, a grocery store behind the building and gas station nearby. A small kitchenette with fridge and free coffee/cappuccino/mineral water in the lobby area for residents which saved us quite a lot for breakfasts. The hotel has a private covered garage for a reasonable fee compared to other hotels, make sure to reserve a spot in advance.

The price on booking does not match to the price I paid on the desk, I have payed almost 50 euro more then it was in booking invoice. the price does not includes city tax and the breakfast for 2 person, ( even if you booked for 2 person) this info is missing on the booking page. The rooms was smelly and dirty.
