The gym really needs to be repaired. There were only a few machines but, more importantly, 3 of the 5 machines were broken.

Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were very polite and very helpful anytime something was needed.

Great location, beautiful building, big and comfy bed, good quality pillows and linens, beautiful window with magical Parisian look. The staff was lovely and discreet. They gave us the room we have asked for (floor and colour of the interior, the view). Absolute legends.

Nothing about the hotel directly but negative about the higher daily tax for 2024 because of the Olympic Games as we were not warned before at booking. 8 euros a day per person instead of 2 this is huge

My room smelled like a wet dog does tomorrow, and my bed felt a little bit like a bathtub. Room was okay but the entire hotel seems to start look like it’s outdated.

The hot water was turned off the first day, which wasn't mentioned to us, but it was fine all of the other days.

The room was small with small closet space but as we learnt that this is the norm in France (space is expensive). No other meal served except breakfast. Had to buy stuff from supermarket in case of hunger pangs at night.

Good shower pressure. Location was perfect - next arc de triomphe and brasseries for food with Champs d'elysee was a walking distance. It was quiet which helped us rest. Stable wifi. The breakfast was great! The staff were friendly and spoke English well and were very helpful.

Hotel needs to add iron and ironing board for every room, specially for the suites. Wasted a lot of time trying to get an ironing board from the front desk, and they didn’t have any left. Also room decor needs updating.

The hotel listed a private airport transport as one of the services included but they were confused when I tried to use it. I showed them where it was listed on their website and they said "that's a mistake. It means we'll book a taxi for you." We paid 70 euro for a taxi. That's a big difference from an included service.

Virginia was the breakfast manager and she made our trip wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming, which was a wonderful difference from the rest of France. She made suggestions and gave insight on the area. The room had wonderful Air-conditioning which was missing throughout the rest of Paris. It was so comfortable to come back to a clean, cool, and lovely room each night!
