How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything was amazing
Everything was amazing, Specially the staff at the reception, they even helped us Book attractions. We where with a baby, they helped us with everthing we needed for our small one.

Room was quite small but enough for a weekend away, would be difficult to fit a big suitcase in the room.

I expected the pool and sauna area to be nicer based on the photos
The staff was amazing! The beds were very comfortable and the rain shower was nice. Rooms were very clean.

Excellent hotel, fab location with chic little places to hang out. Loved the reception greeting on arrival. The room was nice and clean and homely. The spa was a ovely bonus. The name suggests you are beside the Great Tower- which may be oversating it, but pleased not to be in too much of a touristy area.

This is a good property but you pay a lot for it. I had trouble with my coffee maker.
I loved that the jacuzzi was in the swimming pool and the design of the spa generally was perfect for a solo mum with a five year old.

- breakfast was fine but not of great quality - our room was quite small - does not really like the extra 150 deposit that is blocked during the stay especially when we did not drink anything in the mini bar. Never had this before in any other hotel…

My only suggestion would be to have complimentary conditioner in the rooms as well as shampoo!
Excellent location, good value, lovely staff, great facilities including spa and breakfast.

I love the spa and pool in the morning and that it open early. Perfect way to start the day. My go to hotel in Paris if I need to go to an expo at Porte Versailles which is in walking distance

The room was a little small and lacked space for big bags. The pool area felt like it was in need of a little refurbishment i.e old wood in the sauna.
The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were also happy to indulge my poor attempts at French. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold options. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. Easily within walking distance of a metro stop.

Privacy in change rooms at pool could be handled better as a girlfriend of a male allowed him to see in whilst I changed. A bit more comfort and refurbished things like carpet could help.
Reception were amazing, the staff also in dining room, this makes the stay the best part. Bit confusing when thry store luggage but a welcome service with little space in waiting area when early. We loved the verandah upstairs but more private dividers between rooms and more comfortable pull out bed would be great for the price. Breakfast was always good although timing in morning was varying.

This a v minor comment but rooms quite small however don’t detract from the comfort and location .

The staff took the full amount of the stay as a deposit. I then had to pay the full amount agsin at the end of the stay. Since it took a few days before my deposit was refunded, we were short on funds.
Convenient and quiet location. Good clean facilities .

Funny how one slightly condescending or cool front desk employee can affect an otherwise perfect stay. Only one - the rest were excellent and helpful. Would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.
Breakfast was good although more fresh fruit would have been appreciated. Loved the location, the pool, the fact it was quiet and very close to metro. Overall staff were excellent and helpful. Despite usual smaller European rooms/bathrooms, bathroom amenities and shower were great. Would definitely recommend.

Air con broke in the middle of the night which made it hot and uncomfortable but they offered us a late check out as a gesture of good will.
Great spa perfect for couples looking to unwind before/after busy day. Gym has everything you need but dumbbells only go up to 10kg but not a problem as multi-function machine goes heavy. Both steam and spa rooms were fantastic and the whole area was clean.

It might be a bit far from the tourist attractions for some people - but the metro is so close and easy to use if you are adventurous as we were
Rooms were great- breakfast delicious- staff very helpful. I had a minor dental / medical incident and the front desk staff helped me get it taken care of quickly-Amazing service! Spa and pool were wonderful for recovering after a long day of walking and touring.

I arrived late in the day. After check, there was no shampoo in my bathroom. but I only found out in the middle of my shower, at 11 am.

A really well looked after property with amazing decor and breakfast. The pool & gym looked good although we didn't have the time to make use of the facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Loved our rooftop balance that was private for our room. Having a swimming pool to do laps in was a plus for me. The neighborhood is cute with tons if cozy cafes. Close to the metro
