It was all good

The young woman on reception was very welcoming and informative. Our room was lovely - with a nice view of the swimming pool (though you would have to be a brave person to dive in as the water was freezing at the beginning of April). We had a few beers in the hotel and coffees. However, it was better to go and have a drink nearer the beach as the hotel was quite quiet. Breakfast was good so all in all, a nice experience.

The gap to get into the bathroom to access the toilet very small. Pillows a little hard

The room had some nice touches eg wall art and the raised table was a great height for our laptop. Bathroom nice. Good shower. Bed comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities good. Pool area looked nice

The hotel looked and felt a little dated. The view from the room window was over a huge car park.

The room was quite small but very clean, modern and comfortable. The swimming pool is definitely a plus for families with children. Well located in the city centre, although not by the beach or the sea front.

Breakfast wasn’t included in the room fare.

Hotel was near the main restaurants area of the Grand-Motte. The location was quiet and private. There was a large parking lot next to hotel and no issues with parking. Breakfast was also ok, they offered scrumbled eggs, also different breads, fruits etc.

Why paying a huge depositum (75€) ? Bathroom way too small for 1 person. Water all over after shower . Have to check out by 11am. No service at breakfast what so ever. Table not clean. Too expensive by all means

Bath too small, door closing causes you to step up into the shower, if door open you cannot access toilet. For apartment to expensive. Deposit, was not clearly mentioned at booking, no matter that it is written somewhere, but not in the booking app!!!

There is nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect, except that we tried to re-book for Christmas and were told you weren't open. Very sad about that as we will have to go elsewhere! But we will be back with you next May.

It was a lovely touch to be greated by name when we arrived. It was even better when we were told that because we have become regular customers, our room was up-graded to one with a terrace. That was a really lovel thought.

We are a pair of doddery old OAP.s and we find it difficult getting up and down the couple of steps into and out of the car park without hand rails to hold on to. But that is just our fault for being too old and it is something we can cope with.

We have stayed there before and everything ; room, friendly and helpful staff, location etc was exactly what we have come to exoect.

We arrived at the hotel and the first thing they said was that there private parking was full. The reason why we booked this hotel is to make sure that we had private parking. Then the room wasn’t really nice. We slept next to a road/huge parking place for a casino which made it very loud and a lot of lights next to the room. The curtains didn’t do there job. You could see what happend outside when we closed the curtains. We didn’t like the place at all and it wasn’t worth the €170 euro we paid for a night for a junior suite

I had understood from Booking.cpm that I had reserved a room with balcony, paying a premium. I was given a room without balcony and when I mentioned this to reception, I was told that this was the room I had ordered. I had come for two nights in order to finish writing an article. I could not connect to the internet. I mentioned this, twice, to reception, who told me there was no problem. Then the receptionist said she would reboot the system, to no avail. Only on the following day did I finally extract the truth: the hotel's internet was not funcioning.

Can't find anything negative really !

Location, facilities, very friendly staff, super mattress and air conditioning ! 😊😊😊 Cute pool and deck, nice to have evening beer 🍻😁 We liked the hotel and will come back sometimes soon 😁

Only negative is the bathroom is very small.

Very clean modern well equipped hotel and room, big double bed, fridge , kettle and air conditioning in bedroom, excellent breakfast with so much choice, even sausage and scrambled eggs, swimming pool, everything was good. We parked for free in car park opposite hotel but apparently in July and August you have to pay.
