The room and bathroom were very dated and in need of modernising. The window didn’t shut and the AC was inoperable. Issues with the pre booked and agreed parking.

Air conditioning didn’t work but luckily could leave windows open, no fridge was a disappointment and although I couldn’t complain about the cleanliness the whole hotel was a little shabbier than I expected, very outdated with badly stained carpets and needing a lot of work. To be truthful if we hadn’t already pre-paid we wouldn’t have checked in.

Location was perfect, beds - thankfully I like extremely firm mattresses, memory foam pillow was great.

Some of the surfaces in the room were eroded and scratched, a little. The lobby light did not come on automatically when leaving the room.

Wasn't made clear when I arrived that breakfast was included. When I booked online it said not, so I didn't take any breakfast....only to be told when I paid that it had been included. More clarity needed here, please!!😥

quite old and tatty inside. we had to change rooms as toilet broken not good value compared to an ibis budget but then we thought we would be in the city and see the cathedral, which is magnificent. also had to pay 16 euro to park car on top of hotel price. this web site said hotel had parking

Old building, with quite a few twists and turns inside. Nothing like the photos indicated for the rooms, but it was not bad. Just not what you expect when booking. Our room had a view of the carousel but it was a slanted loft one. Not a bother, but it should have been mentioned.

Easy to find at city center, with Public paid Parking close by. It was clean, quiet and with proper furniture. Breakfast was quite good and worth the extra.

The room was shabby and very tired. There was a big gap at the top of our door and the lock didmot feel secure we were offered another room but it was the same. Such a shame as the location is fabulous and the front desk area very smart.

From the outside it looks perfect there is good parking and the location is fantastic.

On Booking.com the room was advertised as having minibar and a kettle. They had none. We stayed two nights, but the room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed.

The hotel is very tired and dirty. In my room my bin hadn't been emptied and there were tissues, albeit clean, under the pillow. Thr bathroom has seen better days and the carpet is disgusting. The whole place needs a serious seeing to.

The corridor to our rooms was tatty and dingy as were the rooms inside, there was a funny smell too. I had to hold the shower head in my hand as it wouldn’t fix onto the wall holder. The carpets were grotty, the rooms were dark, very uninviting. The bathrooms needed pulling out and starting again. I had to take 3 towels back, they were very dirty, had make up on them and other marks and one was threadbare, I wouldn’t have wiped my dogs paws with it! Certainly not value for money in my opinion.

The hotel staff were very friendly, parking was secure, although there was a charge. The hotel was in an excellent location and was easy to find. The downstairs was welcoming and inviting. The breakfast was ok.
