We had understood from the website and room notice, that there was a restaurant on site, there isn't, this needs updating asap. We had 2 dogs and were placed on the 1st floor, one of our dogs wouldn't climb the stairs and the other one only just did it. This was because of the gap at the back of each step. We didn't know at the time of booking this would be an issue for them. However it would be good to check with guests travelling with pets if they are happy with this kind of stairs, in future I would request a ground floor room if I knew the stairs were like this, or just not stay there again. Limited choice of breakfast for anyone with food allergies esp gluten or wheat free. I didn't raise it as an issue at the time as I don't eat a lot anyway.

Room was compact, but well maintained, warm and bathroom very small but clean and worked.

Pillows were dirty. Only one very small window, where other hotel guests walk by and can easily look into your room. Which means the blinds need to be closed constantly.

The hotel is more like a motel and offers minimal things. It is good for a short stay, but for the price I paid, I could have expected more!

No ventilation in the room, especially on the ground floor. At 31 c it was extremely hot. No fan , no AC. You cant keep the window open for ventilation due to safety concerns. Although we reached late but they had no solution to ventilation problem. You cant sleep at night without proper ventilation. Atleast provide a fan for the hot summer.

Very comfortable easy communication incredibly kind and thoughtful staff - we asked to dry out clothes as we arrived very late by bike under the rain and the staff helped us to dry our clothes Very impressed they were incredibly kind with us

Very small and catastrophic room and bathroom. Couldn't sleep since you can feel & hear every step and conversation of others. Bad smell in the bathroom. We didn't take a shower because the bathroom is too small and not clean enough. Also, there is no hair dryer. Not recommended!

The walls between the rooms are so thin that you can hear everything. The breakfast is rather poor. The bathrooms are extremely small. I am not claustrophobic but it was a challenge.

Location is on an industrial estate but close to a green area if you wish to go for a walk with your dog. Supermarket just across the street. On the estate there are only fast food restaurants but a few km away there are nice restaurants everywhere. The hotel has plenty of parking.

Room was so small , bathroom was from polyester , so small , when you have shower , water is in all wc . Towels was be dirth . Heating - this hotel dont have heating , they have just one small electric radiator , floor temperature is about 1 celsiuz . Also this rooms dont have any type of noisse isolation , in morning you hear everthing around you , like you are in garden not in room , its not possible to sleep . In room you cant find electric plug in , we must turn off tv , and use plug in from them . Price to high for that what they offer . This hotel must be in price range maximum 50€ . I dont recommended this hotel .
